I joined Goldie from the recommendation of an esthetician friend. All other booking sites just didn't seem to offer me what I wanted or that the value for their systems didn't seem feasible. I love that this system is so user-friendly and all in one. The site is easy to navigate and no extra fluff. I love that I'm able to troubleshoot in real time with someone and the team is very responsive.

Pros

It's user friendly and grows with me as I grow my business. I love that it has everything I need and then some to show me in what direction to go in. I do thing the investment into the PRO system will pay off in the long run. Appointment management is great and whenever I reach out for an issue, someone is always there to connect.

Cons

Seems like a new program, but that doesn't bother me at all. It's like we're learning issues along the way together. It makes me feel like I'm growing with Goldie, instead of already buying into a big corporate business.

Some what satisfied, I like the easy navigation and quick response when I run into issues, wish I could send marketing emails and text without extra payment

Easy to use for both business and clients I like that clienta are encouraged to leave reviews after receiving service

Cons

Not able to send email or text unless I pay extra for it. Glossgenius includes these features with paid plan

It’s been good and I’ve been able to use it, the automated messages sending has been a big help with booking clients in on the days I work

It’s easy to use and I have been able to navigate all the different things included and I’ve been able too book lots of clients in easier

That there is a pro version id have to pay more for but it still gives customers the options to use things like the waitlist but I don’t have access to it

I like how easy it is for my client to book appointments I like how easy it is to see my schedule and how affordable it is.

It took a while to set up my booking website and the booking links were hard to set up. Mainly the book now buttons

Even though there are occasional issues, I still think it’s a valuable app for beauty professionals and small business owners.

Pros

Goldie has made scheduling and managing my hair business so much easier. I love that clients can book appointments online without me having to constantly message back and forth. The reminder notifications help reduce no-shows, and the calendar is easy to organize. I also like being able to keep track of client information, services, and payments all in one app. It saves me time and makes my business look more professional.

Cons

Sometimes there are bugs or delays with notifications and syncing appointments. I also wish some of the premium features were more affordable for smaller businesses that are still growing. Customer support responses can take a little while at times, and there could be more customization options for booking policies and client communication.

I’m new to running my own grooming Salon and this has made the whole system of booking much easier. It helps me keep better track of my calendar, diary and the automated SMS messages are fantastic

I would like to have more flexibility over the pricing of the grooms and maybe some support initially in making sure I have everything set up correctly (maybe a tutorial)

Pros

What I liked most about Goldie is how intuitive and user-friendly it is for managing appointments. It provides a smooth and organized way to keep track of all my bookings without any hassle. The interface is clean, and scheduling is quick and efficient, which saves me a lot of time. I also appreciate the reminders and notifications that help ensure I never miss an appointment. It’s reliable and offers a sense of control over my daily schedule. Overall, Goldie stands out for its simplicity, efficiency, and the way it makes organizing my appointments a stress-free experience every day.

Cons

The aspect I liked least about Goldie was the inconsistency in its performance. While the product generally delivered acceptable results, there were frequent glitches and occasional slow response times that disrupted the user experience. Additionally, the interface felt somewhat outdated and less intuitive than expected, making certain tasks more time-consuming than they should have been. Customer support, while responsive, sometimes offered generic solutions that didn’t fully address the underlying issues. Finally, despite its appealing features, the lack of seamless integration with other tools I regularly use made the overall experience less efficient and a bit frustrating over time.

Saved me a lot of time booking and sending out reminders. Admin is now much easier to manage day to day.

Pros

Easy to use, has all the features I need and saves me time sending reminder texts etc out manually to clients.

Cons

Doesn't automatically text clients when I alter an appointment in the diary. I.E if I move the time up in my diary manually.

Making an appointment is simple, taking payments too and QR codes are great. I only use Goldie for all of my appointements.

Pros

It’s simple. User friendly for consumers. I can put this application in french. The pro version save to me a lot of times.

Cons

We can't add our own gift card visual and we can't take 2 payment methods. I want change color of back office
