The site is easy to navigate and no extra fluff. I love that I'm able to troubleshoot in real time with someone and the team is very responsive. Pros It's user friendly and grows with me as I grow my business. I love that it has everything I need and then some to show me in what direction to go in. I do thing the investment into the PRO system will pay off in the long run. Appointment management is great and whenever I reach out for an issue, someone is always there to connect. Cons Seems like a new program, but that doesn't bother me at all. It's like we're learning issues along the way together.
