I like the help it brings me to schedule people and send out reminders. This makes my job a lot easier and makes me enjoy the program. Overall, it is a great program at a reasonable price.

Pros

The level of customization that you get for your services and website. As well as the ease of taking payments.I also like the schedule interface.

Cons

I have had issues with some people booking and the website not working. This is especially frustrating for my clients because I don’t want to have to make their experience any more complicated! Some things I feel like could be made simpler interface wise as well as not making the back button an exit button on Android. It gets quite annoying having to reopen the app everytime.

So far i was very excited about it. The more I’m using it the more glitchy things I’m running into, unfortunately. I can’t say for sure if I’m going to keep it

Pros

A lot of features I didn’t expect to see and all within the app rather than having to use the desktop version. Processing fees are good too

Cons

Its glitchy. Going to the help menu makes you continue a conversation versus allowing me to chat with AI assist. Someone who starts to book will remove that availability for much longer than 10min. They don’t book but it remains blocked for 30min to 1hr. This is making us lose money

Very happy overall and can’t thank \[sensitive content hidden\] enough for all the help during a stressful time of changing booking systems.

Pros

I have recently joined and my favourite part so far has been the support from the engineer- \[sensitive content hidden\]. He has made the whole process so much easier, he’s professional, patient and nothing has been too much trouble. He imported everything over and is also working on my gift cards. Goldie is user friendly, great value for money and it is easy to schedule appointments and also manage them.

Cons

My least favourite is having to wait 2-3 working days for payments to be released but this is minor.

Very impressed, definitely the best value for the amount of features included. Very happy with the program

Pros

Very easy to set up with transferring clients data across & booking appointments in. The messaging options are very good and payments have been easy to use

Cons

I wish the payed appointments were more obvious on the calendar. My old system the changed colour so it was visually easy to see they had paid.

Affordable. Easy to work with. Easy to manage. Will recommend to others in the beauty industry. 10/10

Cons

I don't like how it say that deposits can be transferred if a client cancels. Then I have to write in my policy that deposits cannot be transferred. Please remove that phrasing from the checkout process.

Pros

Very easy to navigate my way around , easy to add services. Self explanatory for clients to book their own appointments. Text message reminder service is an amazing feature. Great value for money as it also allows me to send payment links to clients and collect deposits.

Cons

I so far have had a very positive experience using and have not come across any issues with the app.

I love this platform and recommended it to other service providers I know. The discounts on the card readers are amazing, along with the discount I received for signing up.

Pros

The ease and convenience of the app is my favorite! The app is super easy to use and makes booking my clients flawless.

Cons

The only thing I wish I could do is set specific times for clients to book instead of going by service time or every 30 minutes.

Overall, Im have had a largely positive experience in using ! I was pleasantly surprised at the automation provided.

Pros

The automation included within the software package is better than expected. The level of detail collected from a client when booking online is excellent!

Cons

Continued notification alerts without obvious what its about. Unclear what is required to complete set up to a 100% It woukd be ideal if there was an option to view the booking system step-by-step, from the client side.

Really easy to use, less hassle when using the online booking and they have made it really simple to use for clients.

Pros

Really easy to use, keeps my online booking very simple. I was using fresha but just felt like it was way to expensive for what it was.

Cons

I think when you make an appointment for a client it should automatically make them approve with card. I know they have it when they make and appointment but dose not seem to be the same for making booking for them.

Great overall experience. All positives on my end. I’m still yet to find anything I dislike or could suggest to improve on! Very happy customer.

Pros

I’ve used 3 booking systems since having my own business and I feel that is finally the right fit for me and my business. It’s easy to use and I’ve really enjoyed the features it offers. There is a lot more features included than others. And the price is more than affordable. All round happy customer!

Cons

I haven’t came across anything that I would say I dislike about . Even so anything to improve on. So far it’s been the booking system I’ve been searching for!

My overall experience is 10/10. It's extremely easy to use. The transferring of my appointment firm my previous app was easy and they did all the work for it .

Pros

is as far the best booking app I ever used. It basically have everything I need to run my hair salon. I wish I knew about this app before all the apps I used since I've been in business. (6 years now). The features are on point and everything a salon need they got it. I'm extremely happy 😊 and excited to use this app for my business.

Cons

So far the only thing is merging app to social media and Google that I'm having a hard time with but besides that I enjoy it.

Pros

I like that offers the same features that every other premium grooming software offers at an even better price point than the rest. What particularly drew me to Goldie was that it's amazing for businesses just starting up, if you have a small clientele it's free!

Cons

The interface can be hard to navigate sometimes. The text messaging system is also a bit wonky but I'm not sure if this is within 's control.

My overall experience with has been a 9/10 for sure, it has made me want to take my business to a new level that is much more professionally ran. I would recommend Goldie to any business that needs to be able to push their work out, publish a website, and much more.

Pros

The thing I like most about is the fact that even if you're not a big business or don't have the money at first to pay for the Pro or Pro Plus plan Goldie booking software still allows you to use their platform to to further your business by allowing you to create a website, and much more by just using the free plan.

Cons

The thing that I liked the least about is the lack of having a source or channel that provides 24/7 support about payouts or etc whenever you need it. Another thing I don't like is how when you enable payments it's not much information about the payout schedule or the different methods that can be used for your payouts.

Overall it’s a tool I use to remind myself the appointment everyday. So that I won’t forget a appointment and make the clients experience bad.

Pros

One of the main things I like about is that my customers can directly book on my free website from Goldie.

Cons

The transaction fees could be more friendly. 3.5% to charge card and another % to transfer to bank. It would be nice to have free transfers to bank.

Pros

How easy it is to use and how simple it was to set up!! So convenient for all buisness necessities!!

Cons

Nothing!! has truly been phenomenal!! I’d say one thing I’d like is if the monthly subscriptions were a bit less as a small business owner sometimes it’s hard to keep up.

I LOVE THIS WEBSITE, I have tried other websited but this one is by far the best not only to edit, add discounts, take payments, customize, but also all of the other little features it has like deposits and gift cards!

Pros

I love how easy this website is not only for me as the business owner side but from a client perspective it is so easy gk use !

Cons

I wish that it would automatically ask for a deposit once I put in the clients phone number but instead i have to send a link after i put in their phone number.

Pros

I do like the fact that I’m able to take deposits without paying a month monthly fee(although I signed up for pro lol) before I could afford a pro I was definitely using this feature the most

Cons

Before we weren’t able to notate when we accepted cash payment, but this is gotten better with the addition of that option

is great, it’s really helped me keep me organised and stay on top of my appointments. It’s helped my clients to organise their appointments independently and lets me showcase what services are on offer to attract new clients.

Pros

As a beginner nail technician, has helped me kickstart my new career. It has meant that all the fuss with booking people in and taking deposits to secure my income is done for me.

Cons

As a beginner nail tech that is still building my client base, the costs can appear pricy when you’re not making a huge profit.

So far it has been very easy to use. All of my complaints are minimal and I feel can be easily fixed.

Pros

Very easily learned, user friendly for clients and myself, the built in booking site is very convenient

Cons

Often times will glitch when trying to load the calendar. It won’t show appointments. I’ll have to force close the app and then reopen it several times in some cases.
