Pros The Service provided was excellent they are very good in reporting the monthly profit and loss and balance sheet and end of the year final reports. Cons everything looks good. Cons I just feel so frustrated thought every month I send ALL my billing in & the next day they are asking for the papers I just sent them, & after all this time, shouldn't they have all the categories down by now? It is the same vendors basically every month. Plus, I also write all the categories on the paperwork. It was much easier when I did it myself in Quickbooks. It's just too time consuming on my part, not just the Docyt part, but also having to go into Quickbooks & fixing things in there also. I've told my boss how I feel about this program...Just takes up too much of my time I do not have. They are responsive, experienced, and always ready to assist. Even if they do not know the answer right away, they are quick to work through issues and propose solutions. We had a couple of clients early on that were a mess and had substantial clean up. The Docyt team was instrumental in the clean up and catch up process and even handled a mid-year migration from QuickBooks Desktop with ease. By leveraging Docyt's capabilities, we have been able to scale our services efficiently and focus more on higher-fee accounting advisory services. Docyt truly is a game-changer for CPA firms and bookkeepers. Pros Docyt's advanced features, such as machine learning expense categorizations and revenue reconciliations for third-party billing systems, have been invaluable to our practice. These features enhance the efficiency and accuracy of our services, allowing us to provide our clients with cutting-edge technology and expertise. Cons Currently, we still need to use QBO for the bank and credit card reconciliations, but I know the Docyt team is launching a new bank reconciliation feature to solve this. It was quite smooth. Over the time I have been with Docyt, they really do care of about their products and the reports I need to operate my businesses. Cons There is a time delay when asking a question, because most of their personnel are overseas (I think). Ask a question today and get a reply the next day... Reason for choosing Docyt Had a Zoom session and phone calls where I realized that these people knew my businesses and did more for reporting than what I had previously.
