Owner Retail Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "Great Idea, Still Needs Some Work" October 7, 2022 4.0 I was excited to learn about the capabilities of Docyt, but it seems like I continue to find mistakes that seem like they should be caught by software and my Docyt team (i.e. double entries, etc.) Pros I like how easy it is to enter expenses and I LOVE the connectivity to my bank account and credit card accounts to pull everything in automatically! Now I hardly go into it they do everything Pros Easy to use and minimum time spent on accounting. Welcome working with my offshore account team \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] whenever there's an issue or question; quick to get things fixed and very easy to work with! Pros Love having everything loaded automatically from checking accounts and credit card accounts into QBO! Don't have to worry about it. Pros I feel Docyt is very friendly, it helps you to stay organized and once you learn it you can use it to automate many of your manual processes. The tech support team is on top of it. Cons You have to request access to every function. Plus we're missing some necessary functionalities. I will say that they take all feedback to heart.
