April 7, 2026 5.0 I am moderately technical, so my set up was a little bit of a learning curve, but with the chatbot and their team I got it set up and running quickly. I even have integrations that trigger external workflows. I can's say enough good things about the support! Pros is very robust. You can build pretty technical integrations. I like the tracking and the customer service at Trackdesk. The Chatbot is the best that I've used. Anytime I have a question I pop in there an ask it a question like I would an LLM. It's very conversational. And, if the chatbot runs out of info I get either a live rep, or an email pretty quickly. Cons is relatively technical to set up compared to some of the other options, but that's part of why it's so powerful. Lots of possibilities.
