It is a key part of our Christmas campaign. This is the first year we have used the eCardWidget, but it works great and has integrated smoothly with our Shopify store. We were able to design e-cards very similar to what we had manually produced in previous years, and people can add personal messages and schedule the send - two features we had struggled with when using a different tool.They are also continually developing it and making it better. Whenever I have had a problem or question, \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] has been super responsive and even added new features to be able to achieve what we wanted. I love the customer support, and all for a very affordable price. Pros It is very easy to use. We set it up very quickly and had it integrated with our store in no time. I like the customisable options and flexibility. It is very affordable and \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] provides excellent customer support. Cons Any time I have asked about a feature that didn't exist, \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] has been very helpful in finding a solution, so I can't really say there are an cons! Setting it up i thought it was not going to be what we needed but after speaking with customer service they went through and showed us everything and it was a perfect match. Cons only when i set up all cards first and then had to re-do all when i realised i had to have them under a widget to display only 1 on the checkout page. would have been great to explain that first but it could have been my mistake!
