I initially signed up when PeopleMap shut down and referred us over, and I couldn't be more stoked to have witnessed MightyScout's evolution over the years. No matter how many other tools I've tried as my business has grown, I always find myself coming back to MightyScout. Pros The responsiveness, attentiveness, and speed of the MightyScout team are unmatched. Product-wise, the list-sharing capabilities and CRM like functionality are the best I´ve found! Cons Right now, I still rely on other tools specifically for discovery and advanced audience insights. If that all lived in MightyScout, I´d be over the moon. Within the influencer profile it would also be great to have separate notes area for internal notes vs the notes I want our clients to see when we share the lists. Review Source RP Raechal P. Pros It can pull enough data to give to brands without requiring influencers to connect. Cons Cost and lack of features in base tier. I suggest it to everyone in the industry and really cant recommend it enough. Pros My two favorite features are the Campaign PDFs that can be built and the look alike search tool. The look alike tool is something I havent seen on many other influencer platforms in the past. The PDFs are built so well, they include all the right information needed to assess the campaign and all posts are clickable. The reports are super readable as well which I love. Cons Sometimes I struggle to find the results I need but the MightyScout team is always so quick to jump on that and help me find what I am looking for. Review Source KP Kevin P. Been an avid user for several years and affordable compared to other platforms. Pros The ability to be able to have a platform monitor and capture the posts and stories while sending me a notification whenever content by an influencer in the campaign has posted. Pros The ability to organize my influencer campaigns in one spot has been a game changer. MightyScout gives me the ability to look up analytics and other information about potential partnerships that I wouldn't be able to track otherwise. Pros I like the campaign feature that catches all activity that influencer post connected to your account. It makes it easy for me to find everything our influencers have posted with us to keep track if they are sticking to their contracts. And I like the analytics you can pull from people's social accounts. It is a quick and easy way to see if they are someone we would like to work with. Cons I think it would be nice if there was more options and versatility in pulling reporting. I stated in a previous text box that it would be nice if you were able to pull reporting for one influencer or pick exactly which influencer and not just automatically ALL influencers. Reason for choosing MightyScout We thought that the customer service team at MightyScout stood out from other people's we talked with, and it felt like we were really able to work with them and they cared about the features that were important to us and we didn't have to pick a one box fits all type of subscription so the team worked with us to make sure we were receiving the feature that mattered to us.
