Dashboard has clear view for tracking the business transactions with out any problem. Customer support is really quick. It gives the API so that we can easily integrate with our accounts system. We can add 3d secure or MFA in our virtual cards for fraud preventions. It gives high grade security and very pocket friendly solution. Shared cards and manual expense reports move slow and lack transparency. Wallester provides tight control over how corporate spending. Pros We manage several different SaaS subscriptions and use Wallester to create dedicated cards for each vendor. For team expenses, members just log in, check their expenses and upload receipts. That's it and they're done, which is a huge plus for adoption. Cons Their system tends to be sluggish when pulling out complex reports at the end of the month. It works out but could be improved. Use them with extreme caution as a secondary choice as the agreement can vé summarized in one line "we close your account at anytime if we want so". Pros Very great service and customer support in general, fast answer, issues solved quickly, dev team support for API. Cons After 4years+ without any issue , they shut down your account without any notice nor explanation. Just a vague "read the agreement". Customer relationship manager changes every few months and you need to explain your business each time. Pros Pay expenses with the company wallet, the mileage is easy to calculate and with the app you can take a photo of the receipts. I'm able to pay from department-specific items from a centralized pot of money. Wallester cards are much easier to use in store as well as online compared to other cards we've tried. I also like how simple the menu is; there isn't much confusion on where to go when using the site and app. Cons I don't have a lot to highlight here about Wallester.
