Pros Ability to make notes regarding time spent at different jobs and ensures we are not missing any billable hours. Cons Ability to add a “trip” instead of hours. I didn’t even have to coach my staff through it the first time—they picked it up immediately. Pros As my staff works at various sites independently and variable schedules, it is extremely helpful to have the location confirmed with clock in. Cons I would like to add information on each shift title without creating an entirely new “location”. Transferring the timesheet for the entire staff would be helpful and the process for exporting the timesheets in general is awkward (but not bad enough to cancel the app. Alternatives considered [QuickBooks Time](https://www.capterra.com/p/151722/TSheets/) Reason for choosing Employee Link Simpler for staff to use. It was easy to be directed into using and as a well thought out process Pros I love the GPS tracking feature that allows you to keep whereabouts of your employees. It allows you to see if they are clocking in and out in the correct locations. Cons The pricing, but I do understand nothing is for free.
