At this point i can't imagine working without it! Pros What i like most about is the Improved Collaboration my work team has been able to obtain. We are able to comment on tasks, share files and communicate directly within the platform as opposed to having to toggle between multiple applications Cons The Setup and configuration took a bit longer than expected however our company's workflow is a bit complex so the ability to customize fields, templates, automations (etc) is still very beneficial and worth the time. Cons Some of the features are hard to get use to using. it's way more complicated than it needs to be and takes a crazy amount of time to learn to do something that could be taught in much simpler terms.
