Really got my value for money when I dove into the task management tools to streamline my own work process.

Pros

The ease of use that Workfront provides really helped me lean into the features available, which I enjoyed using the most for team collaboration and project management between myself and my colleagues.

Cons

As with most of these software present day, you are left to a guide when it comes to customer support. The tutorials provided and community surrounding Adobe is fantastic for assisting through any roadblocks though.

Adobe Workfront provides the structure and visibility necessary to manage complex, multi-team projects efficiently. While there is a bit of UI clutter and occasional lag during peak usage, the workflow customization, resource allocation, and tracking features make it a powerful asset for our day-to-day work management.

Pros

The platform's ability to streamline complex workflows and manage capacity across different teams. The seamless integration with Adobe Creative Cloud and customizable reporting dashboards have made day-to-day collaboration and project handoffs much smoother.

Cons

Occasional performance lag, especially when managing high-volume projects or large data sets. The interface can sometimes feel cluttered with too many clicks required to get to simple settings, and mobile responsiveness still has room for improvement compared to the desktop app.

Overall, I would recommend Adobe Workfront for project management and eLearning or instructional design teams. It streamlines the request process by reducing email traffic, provides transparency into project progress, and gives everyone involved visibility into updates and completion status. It is also an excellent tool for tracking work, reporting project status to leadership, and maintaining a clear audit trail of all activity and communication related to a request.

Pros

I use Adobe Workfront to manage projects and track instructional design requests. It is our central location for managing requests, collaborating with subject matter experts (SMEs), requestors, and support teams, and keeping everyone informed throughout the lifecycle of a project. One of the biggest benefits is having all project communication in one place. Instead of relying on email chains, everyone involved can see updates, comments, and status changes in real time. This is especially helpful when someone is out of the office because the project history and updates remain visible to the entire team. I also appreciate being able to attach all relevant documents and files directly to the request, which keeps everything organized and easy to find.

Cons

One area for improvement is accessibility. Because Workfront requires a license, not everyone in the organization has access, which can limit collaboration. In addition, users who are not very tech-savvy or are unfamiliar with the platform sometimes struggle to submit requests correctly or know where to enter the required information, which can delay routing requests to the appropriate support team.

Using Workfront is an essential part of my job. As a requestor, the ability to submit simple to complex requests, track progress, and communicate easily with those fulfilling the requests makes my life easier. It was hard to use at first but now it’s easy, and I’d say it was well worth the sweat equity!

Pros

The ability to customize requests and orders is the best thing about Adobe Workfront. I use it mostly to make formal requests to other departments (like Communications). The projects I’m involved in range from simple to complex, so the ability to tailor what I’m looking for, and who I need it from) is greatly appreciated.

Cons

The system itself can be very complex to navigate. I’m proficient now but experienced a steep learning curve at first. Maybe I missed them, but more resources to onboard new users would be great.

Overall, my experience with Adobe Workfront has been positive. It is a powerful project management platform that helps teams stay organized, improve collaboration, and track work efficiently from planning through completion. While it takes some time to learn and configure, the robust features, customizable workflows, and reporting capabilities make it a valuable tool for managing complex projects and improving team productivity.

Pros

I like most about Adobe Workfront was its ability to keep projects, tasks, and communication organized in one place. The customizable workflows and dashboards made it easy to track progress, manage deadlines, and improve team collaboration.

Cons

One of the biggest drawbacks of Adobe Workfront is that it has a steep learning curve, especially for new users. The interface can feel overwhelming because of the large number of features and configuration options.

Pros

Overall, Adobe provides solid value for that we use it for. It's easy to mock up designs and it still offers more customization and flexibility than a lot of mroe rudimentary tools like Canva

Cons

Adobe just raised its prices, which is tough given that there are so many new comparable AI tools out there. Adobe also lacks real-time version control and collaboration tools that would be nice to have.

It gets job done in a professional secure platform. I just wish there are other kind of package I can purchase for my need.

Pros

I use it for my small business so I can work on HIPPA protected documents with ease. It was straight forward and easy to use.

Cons

I still wish this software would cost less. I don't feel I use it often enough to pay for its own value.
