I've found it to be an easy-to-use tool for the two 'camps' I interact with on a daily basis: Business Owners who request projects and Resources who actually produce them. The strength of Workfront is now, in one system, both sides can manage their workload and check their project status with minimal guidance past the first 30-min training session. And then as the only Project Manager in our eCommerce group; daily I can both turn projects 'active' (assign work) and easily get a 30,000 foot view of the overall workload / production schedule, etc. My only feedback for fixing is to have better reporting tools for the individual as for example, to product a report on all the tasks he did last year? was challenging for a co-worker and I had to help to get it done.
