The process has been very smooth throughout - including sales call, set-up and orientation, tech support, training and invoicing. Any questions that have arisen have been responded to personally and promptly.

Pros

The phone app combined with the wearable panic button provide increased safety for our staff that work with youth in the community. It's clear and easy to use. We appreciate the customizable features to add risk level. The costs are reasonable and the customer support for set-up and ongoing use has been excellent.

Cons

We had to wait a few extra weeks for a firmware update to make sure that everything was working well with the SOS/panic button notifications.

Our overall experience has been excellent, with a reliable lone worker solution that significantly enhances the safety of our people. Combined with exceptional customer service and responsive support, the team has consistently exceeded our expectations.

Pros

We have been extremely pleased with SolusGuard, our lone worker device solution. The product's alert features provide confidence that our employees can quickly access assistance when needed, helping to enhance the safety and wellbeing of our team. The system is reliable, easy to use, and gives both workers and management peace of mind. What truly sets this company apart is its outstanding customer service and exceptional support. Their team is responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to assist with any questions or requirements. From implementation through ongoing service, they have consistently demonstrated a strong commitment to ensuring our people remain safe and protected. We highly recommend their solution to any organization looking to strengthen its lone worker safety program.

Cons

Battery charging requirements limit the device to 2 days between charges. This is the only issue that has presented challenges to our teams. Hoping for an extended battery life option soon.

They were thorough in their set-up. Support has been excellent for on-boarding teams to the technology, and the staff feedback has been positive.

Pros

Great solution for extreme geographical challenges covering our workers all over the province of B.C.

Cons

Nothing so for, any issues have been promptly resolved by the excellent support team at Solus Guard.

The experience from introduction to implementation has been seamless. Training went great and our technicians acclimated to their use quickly. They even have a decent template for policy. If you want our policy let me know

Pros

I had been looking for an affordable lone worker app for a long time. Many meetings and never came to fruition, primarily cost. One afternoon SolusGuard reached out and we set up a meeting. I started the meeting with the usual introductions and warned them I have had little luck with apps like this but asked for them to continue the representation of the app. The Issues I had with many other apps such as forced check ins and carrying their cell phone on their person while working was not the case with them. The cost is per user and it ended up much lower than other such applications. I was able to get this approved within a week. The success team, \[sensitive content hidden\] specifically makes the start up with app, training managers and users seamless. The users played with the fobs testing them and across the board the appreciate the next step in their safety. The fobs are working great. Get the lanyards so they can keep the fob close to them for use and keeping the fob warm during cold weather

Cons

Battery life in the cold is not as expected. Get extra chargers so they can charge them while on shift in cold weather. Warm weather no issues. Other than that.. I have had zero issues. \[sensitive content hidden\] is a great contact. Quick to respond.

I have been using it for the last 7 months and have had very few issues with it. It has ensured our officers safety while they are out in the field and that is what is most important.

Pros

It is reassuring to know our officers have a way to get help asap. It is easy to use and is a great use for data management.

Cons

At times, not getting alerts right away, but customer support was very helpful by meeting with us and explaining things.
