Overall I do enjoy all the data salesforce outputs. It’s crazy, you can have so many different graphs, outlines and etc. in a second.

Pros

The security of programming, and two way authentication. It makes me feel secure and my information and customer info is safe.

Cons

A lot of different steps to get to ultimately get to the same place. They could streamline it a little better, make it not so confusing to use as a new beginners.

My overall experience has been very good. It is a highly robust solution for specialized case management and financial chats. Even though the interface is complex and dense with information, its searching power and data centralization successfully streamline our daily operational tasks.

Pros

It makes searching for specific cases and customer profiles incredibly fast and efficient. What I value the most is that when I am validating a financial case, the platform displays absolutely all the related historical data and information on a single screen, which saves a lot of time during Level 2 support analysis.

Cons

The system requires completing a massive amount of fields and information for each record, which can be exhausting under pressure. Additionally, the user interface is visually overloaded because it possesses too many menus and options on the screen, creating a steep learning curve for newer agents.

My overall experience was good with this tool because my team was able to import and export data into Salesforce with no issue.

Pros

I liked how we were able to integrate our data real time for dealers to be able to see their sales metrics.

Cons

I didn’t like that it took a bit longer for the data integration but that could have been an error on databricks.

My overall experience with the Salesforce Platform has been extremely positive. What stands out the most is the reliability and continuous innovation that Salesforce consistently delivers. The platform is constantly evolving with new features, enhancements, and integrations that help businesses stay ahead without needing to completely reinvent their systems. Another major strength is the excellent customer support and community ecosystem. Whenever issues arise or guidance is needed, Salesforce provides responsive support along with a vast knowledge base, active community forums, and detailed documentation. This makes troubleshooting and learning much more efficient.

Support is awesome, the platform is user friendly, easy to learn and has modern features expected of modern software.

Best CRM out there by my standards. It can do as little or as much as you need it to. The value for money is there, highly secure and you can create reports, manage leads, customers, hold 10,000's of data sets. We would be lost without it.

Pros

Salesforce is an integral part of our business. Its exceptionally robust in its functionalities and holds our entire database which is used by multiple parts of the business from Sales to Marketing to Implementation.

Cons

Not a huge fan of the interface on the lightning experience but that's more of a personal preference - I prefer classic! Apart from that cannot fault it.

Top notch. From the development and continual advances to the ease of use. I simply can’t say enough about it. The summits where you can learn so much than you thought possible. There’s a reason salesforce is dominating the market.

Pros

Was I’d use. Sandbox development. Ability to go back and forth from lightning platform and classic. The ability to create any report. I mean ANY report. The tech is beyond advanced

Cons

Tracking metrics and kpis at a glance. The vast integration compatibilities with Omni being able to synch multiple voip services seamlessly and the ability to integrate back end crm’s from outside departments

It's a great CRM for keeping everything up to date in realtime which keeps all users in the loop with progress.

Pros

Such a great CRM. It links with all my outreaching platforms like LinkedIn, Outlook and Ringover which saves time.

Cons

I can't think of any negatives. It's such a simple to use platform that makes everything so transparent.
