Pros

We switched to lightning and never looked back. It looks better, has more capability, and is overall faster.

Cons

It was slower at first (which seems counterintuitive). There were some other aspects we ended up upgrading that were holding us back from the advertised lightning experience and once we took care of those things, it worked well for the organization.

A platform serving right for our business needs, a powerful tool that is being highly leveraged to build out required processes. Way more powerful than their competitors in terms of capability & performance.

Pros

The process customizations and the pre-defined integrations on the platform are phenomenal making it perform to our needs. User and workflow management is easier than ever giving us all the required data. We pull up reports to better suit our understanding & interpret data efficiently. We use the Salesforce platform across several teams/geographies to help run all processes smoothly.

Cons

To be able to use the platform to the fullest, one has to be extensively trained enough which makes this time-consuming to adopt. The pricing is also on the higher side compared to its competitors.

Cons

Veníamos de utilizar otro CRM y la implementación fue un poco dura. La interfaz es bastante mejorable; podría ser mucho más intuitiva y personalizable. Además, la herramienta es bastante lenta.

Pros

It's the best CRM out there. So long as you have a salesforce guru on your team, anything can be built or accomplished.

Cons

It can be glitchy and slow. I know it's processing a ton of information, but it is very frustrating writing a bunch of notes out, going to save, then it doesn't do so and having to start over.

Salesforce was the first CRM platform that I used as a professional. I have used many since but I have to say that Salesforce is one of the best in terms of features and reliability. I have recommended it to colleagues as a safe option as it seems to 'just work' and is easy to pick up

I found merging contacts and tickets a bit tricky on salesforce

As a CRM salesforce allows us to track our pipeline and report it to management and the board. For me personally, as I work in marketing it allows me to see leads that we captured through our forms and where these leads come from. From there inbound leads can be assigned to sales managers. If you are a small company that does not need too many features etc, one of the smaller vendors in the marketplace is recommendable too.

Pros

Salesforce is the go-to CRM and market leader for a reason: solid lead and pipeline management. I like the integration with outlook and the depth of reporting features.

Cons

It takes some time to learn how to use it. Also the settings around standard lead fields and different lead views are confusing to me.

If you can add anything you need, you will have the greatest transformer of all times!

Pros

the thing that i like the most is that you can edit almost ANYTHING! You can adjust the plataform for your particular needs. You can track your customer the entire jorney and create different status. It's a great sales plataform (duh! salesforce)

Cons

If you don't know a thing about code or interface or anything related with technology, it's going to be very hard for you at the moment of customize your Salesforce. You will need the help of Salesforce to create all the things you will nedd for your business. If you don't customize, you will not be able to make the most of it. It is not very helpful with marketing, so... you will have to make a pulgin with another plataform (for example mailchimp)

It’s a great experience to use Salesforce. It allows our teams to better understand the customer health so leadership can see if accounts are at risk and need more attention or a reassessment on goals and initiatives.

Pros

I love how much you can do with salesforce. It’s our main hub for account notes, account health, support cases, renewal opportunities and more. I love how easy it is to navigate! I use it daily to update my meeting notes so I have everything in one place. It also makes it easier to transition accounts along to other members in the Customer Success and Sales departments.

Cons

It can be a lot to learn because there is so much that goes into the platform, but long term it’s worth it.

Pros

Access around the world, integration with gmail (although that needs a few fixes).

Cons

We find Salesforce to be a great tool to manage our database and to store information about contact with our clients and prospects, but there are so many moving fields and different views, that it can be difficult to align across multiple sales people in multiple countries. We're also frustrated that we cannot assign multiple email addresses to a contact or lead, which has ramifications for our marketing team. We sometimes wish there was a simpler more pared down version of Salesforce, that streamlined the information exactly how we need or want it.

Pros

These products are used far and wide, I know, but I still did not have a good experience with any Salesforce products.

Cons

I am not one to complain much, but I literally never had a good day of using any Salesforce product. Every Salesforce product I have used has been a pain to deal with. As a marketer/communications person, I found each product to be cumbersome and not easy to use at all. I would have a headache every single day trying to figure out where and how the functionality worked. I spent many hours on the phone with customer service and felt like they definitely did not want to help me understand their product.

Pros

Lightning improves app development experience, so apps can be build with less effort and deployed easily. It's not just a CRM software, it can be used on the end to end business workflow, from Sales to customer support. It allows to create multiple activities under an account that are easy to follow and allows you to collaborate with other contacts on the same project. It allows drag and drop and a customizable GUI where you have everything consolidated.

Cons

It could be confusing to use at first, requires some time to get used to it.
