Please make it more interactive by using different reports and charts.

Pros

I like to build sales app with this platform.it becomes my first choice to use as it is very easy to use and configure.it is a matured product for customer relationship.

Cons

No deep drill on data .one can not dig deep into data and check required details .we can not see data reports in more interactive way.

Pros

We mostly interact with the API from Salesforce. It is very stable and a pleasure to work with. The REST API Developer Guide is very welcome and usefull.

Cons

Authorisation with OAuth 2.0 can be a bit of a trouble.

Pros

\- easy to use - well laid out - connects contacts extremely well to all other applications - lots of options with how you can use it

Cons

\- too many upgrades to get what we want out of it - maybe a bit too pricey for what we were looking to use it for
