Pros works well, great for managing all project information, budgets, daily updates and team schedules.Tracking jobs crew and sceduals start to finish was quite easy to manage and started to save time. Cons Time it took to actaully start using it to and getting others to use it was quite stressfull, not that age should be a problem but some of our older members found it quite hard. I run the full spectrum of FieldClix use, from training new users in the company, creating build plans, managing sites, creating PO's for vendors, dispatching crews and invoicing customers, I am able to do multiple jobs only with the help of FieldClix. I could not do my job without it. Pros FieldClix is an amazing software that covers all aspects of the business, I work within this system all day every day and the time saving and tracking benefits are better than any system I have worked in in my 10 years of being in the industry. The FieldClix staff is extremely responsive and receptive to our needs, making changes or fixing user errors quickly. Cons there is not a lot I do not like about FieldClix, the system is in a continuous state of improvement and the developers are always receptive to suggestions. Review Source DC Diane C. The implementation and support folks are always available for questions and consistently communicate whether it's basic questions or about new features to ensure we get the most out of the product. Pros The Fieldclix software is extremely stable, well supported and a strong tool for managing resources for all of our projects. Crew scheduling, time tracking, asset tracking, project budget tracking, photo and task list management are all available in the base product. Our biggest savings have been in payroll - no more rounding to the furthest half hour, but actual gps tracking! We've also benefited from project monitoring/reporting. From relying solely on managing finances from QuickBooks and spreadsheets, to real-time spend on every project you have in your pipeline has been an amazing upgrade. Don't know how we got along without it. Pros Overall real time financial info and budget updating is amazing. We would of had to utilize multiple software systems to accomplish what FXC does specific to our industry work. Pros Visibility and real-time job costing... Labor, materials, etc. Cons Could be a better portion dedicated to scheduling out and mapping functions. Reason for choosing Fieldclix Specific needs of our construction and cost efficiency. This tool will help us continue expanding WSS operations in an organized manner. Pros FieldClix has become the heart of our business. It has helped us to organize and synchronize our field operations with all administrative departments. What I appreciate most about this tool is its ability to synchronize and manage all areas of our project within a single app. Another significant point is that it is user-friendly and they have an excellent team. They have worked hand in hand with us for the implementation and customization of the platform. Cons So far, there have been no cons. The support team is always willing to help us sort out our issues and help us create and implement solutions that work for us. Cons Some of the tools are a little clunky and take some getting used to. Nothing that majorly impacts my use of the tools but makes it a tad frustrating when running into issues.
