Grundsätzlich eine gutes Produkt mit ein paar kleinen Problemen. Mitarbeiter sind freundlich.

Die Benutzung ist übersichtlich und einfach.

Cons

Seit wir auf Anima umgestiegen sind erhalten wir immer wieder Fehlermeldungen und Offlinemeldungen wenn man jedoch vor dem Bildschirm steht fehlt ihm nichts und man kann alles normal bedienen. Außerdem wäre es fein, wenn ein Bildschirm offline ist, dass man ihn dann auch noch neu Starten kann nicht nur wenn er online ist.

Dass man den Channel immer aktualisieren muss, bevor der Inhalt hochgeladen wird und dieser Button nicht auf den ersten Blick ersichtbar ist.

Die Kommunikation/ Information für Mitarbeiter hat sich an unserem Standort definitiv verbessert und sie werden gut angenommen. Durch die sehr aufwendige Handhabung ( Erstellen und Planen von Beiträgen) werden die Funktionen aber nicht auf allen Standorten so umgesetzt und daher auch weniger angenommen.Ich habe mir mehr vom Programm und eine einfachere Bearbeitbarkeit erwartet. Trotzdem sehe ich viel Potential im Produkt selbst, aber auch ein enormes Potential für Verbesserungen.

viele Möglichkeiten verschiedene Bildschirme zu steuern

Cons

es ist sehr langsam und bei großen Firmen mit vielen Bildschirmen und Kanälen wird es sehr kompliziert.Aufgrund von zu vielen Einstellmöglichkeiten kommt man nicht immer zum Ziel (Z.B. temporäre Inhalte zur richtigen Zeit auf dem richtigen Kanal einzustellen)
