The platform is intuitive and quick to learn, with genuinely useful features such as multiple leave types, carry-forward balances, approval workflows, and department-level setup. It’s made tracking and approving leave far simpler for our team. Would have liked to have a native academic-year support. It would be great if Absentify let us set an academic year. Pros It is easy to use both for administrators and for staff. Powerful leave tracking. Allows different types of leave and carry-forward leave. We have considered upgrading to the paid version to unlock additional features, such as tracking absences by hourly ranges, among others. However, for now, the free version allows us to manage everything effectively. Pros I appreciate that it’s fast and intuitive, and that it enables efficient management of employee holidays and absences. Cons The system experienced a full-day outage, and as it is our sole source for managing employee vacation data, this caused some stress, particularly as it occurred during a busy holiday period. Business Process Manager Construction Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "The solution to managing time off work" June 29, 2023 5.0 When i joined the business the person tasked with managing a spreadsheet for leave and the process of printing a form, filling it in and getting it approved before emailing to someone to then log it to the unlocked spreadsheet meant anyone could tamper with their leave. So much time wasted for what is now a simple few clicks of a button to get your time off logged and approved if needed. Pros The customisable, easy to use interface. Hopefully they create more HR based products as good as this one. Cons Seamless integration into our medium sized business. Bit of admin work to do upfront in tersm of adding the users and leave types etc. Reason for choosing absentify Teams integration and ease of use.
