The team really understand their solution well and helped with customising their software for our needs. Pros Very easy to use API integration and the team provide really good support in getting the software up and running. Cons A few bugs here and there, but nothing that the team couldn't quickly sort-out. Reason for choosing Flux Their service offering was much better, and the had a working solution that we could use from day one. So their offering reduced our net-to-solution. Pros Based on historical data you know what the potential can be and gives immediate clarity on what the software can offer in your day to day operations. Even if you have a wide variety of materials and variables which needs to be taken into consideration. Cons Operations are driven by a WMS, meaning the integration of the software can be a potential blocking point based on the type of WMS. Doesn't say anything about the software itself. Would definitely reccomend. Pros Transport is one of our highest cost, and packaging is an important aspect here. By optimizing which boxes fit our product assortment best, we can eliminate a lot of 90% empty boxes which reduces our costs significantly, meanwhile benefiting the environment as well.
