My overall experience with BROSH has been smooth, with strong AI CRM capabilities and a seamless e-sign experience

Pros

It introduced new AI automation and AI experts that help with ongoing sales and support use cases. They also introduced a new map for service and sales.

Cons

They included mass actions across the entire system, which has significantly improved efficiency and usability, thanks for implementing this.
