When our field support teams have a problem or need immediate assistance, they call our expert and solve the issue quickly. It avoids a lot of unnecessary travel and reduces the downtime of our equipment. Pros The most impressive feature of Remote eye is how easy it is to connect with a remote expert. We just connect the app to the network and send the expert a code. We use the live drawing feature and the red dot a lot. Cons The most complicated thing is always to locate the smart glasses and not to forget to have them fully charged. Reason for choosing Remote eye Our alternative was to send technicians all over Spain to repair machines, and that is very costly.
