### "Easy to use for clients and office! "

Excellent! We want to implement DH into our other websites for other locations as well.

Pros

We love that the chatbot converts to text message so our clients do not need to stay on our website in order to chat or book an appointment with us.

Cons

None so far! This chatbot and reviews feature has helped our practice with customer engagement and lead generation.

### "Integrates Perfectly with JaneApp, Great Customer Experience"

If you're a JaneApp user, there's no other reputation management software I felt was most advantageous. I've looked at all the competitors, in fact, I had a trial with a direct competitor who tried to strong-arm me into a year-long contract after canceling within the guidelines of their offer. DemandHub was who I pivoted to afterwards and they were not only patient with me while I was getting charged 450+ dollars from the other company for two months but they also helped me navigate the process of canceling with the other group. DemandHub has all the tools you need and it's very easy to use. I use it all the time to communicate with clients and respond to reviews.

Pros

Great customer experience and they were very patient with walking me through the onboarding process and usage. Has all the tools I need

Cons

The aesthetic isn't as flashy as the other apps I have experimented with but overall that's not the main reason why I'm looking for this type of product

### "Easy to Use"

Pros

It's an easy to use system that allows Sales Staff to respond quickly to customer inquiries. It links our Facebook & Google messages.

Cons

Inbox filters don't stay after logout - Sales staff can see other messages not assigned to them unless they filter.

It has been great. any problems get resolved very well and fast. there hasn't been many though.

Pros

The ability to use it to send text messages to customers without giving out my personal cell number. I can send and receive media with it too.

Cons

I have yet to figure out how to pair it with my other CRM but I feel like there is a way

Great!

Pros

How easy it was to implement and how greatly it improved the amount of reviews I am getting on Google.

Cons

The one year commitment, I think a shorter term would be a bit better given the monthly cost.

Pros

I recently started working for a doctors office that uses DemandHub and it makes communication with patients easier

Cons

When making the window smaller, DemandHub thinks I've switched to a phone and offers to send me to an app store to download. Unable to work in screen when window isn't full screen.

Their customer service is top notch! I've also really enjoyed the ease of communicating with our clients and I've found the service to be a real value add for our team and customers.

Cons

I'd love the ability to customize the web chat bot on the website.
