overall it is a good service and if the messaging issues are fixed, this is a great app. As mentioned before you just need to make sure you get confirmation from whoever you are texting if you do a lot of texts

Pros

I can make calls on multiple devices, never at the same time but if i do not have my phone nearby, my mac works perfectly fine

Cons

There are a lot of lags and occasionally messages do not go through which is troublesome at times so you need to double check.

At time, the app has frustrated me due to dropped calls or bluetooth not working when the calls come in.

Pros

The Verizon One talk app allows me to answer office call remotely on my cell phone. It's also a bonus that my clients do not have my direct cell number when I call them as the call ID displayed is actually my office number.

Cons

The call quality is spotty especially when I am using bluetooth. There isn't a text feature on the app which would be convinient.

We did not have a very good experience, when we used them a few years ago, maybe they have made their technology better since we had them.

Pros

The benefits were having one phone bill associated with one company

Cons

The quality of the calls were not good.
