Belge! Leexi est une plateforme intéressante . Voici quelques aspects que j'apprécie particulièrement : Interface utilisateur conviviale intuitive et facile à naviguer, ce qui rend l'expérience agréable. Fonctionnalités avancées : les outils et les fonctionnalités avancées répondent aux besoins variés des utilisateurs, qu'ils soient débutants ou experts. Support client : réactif et efficace.

Cons

J'ai eu deux erreurs d'attribution des tâches Il faut vérifier quand même le rapport.

Cela fait maintenant 2 mois que nous utilisons Leexi et nous ne pouvons plus nous en passer. L'utilisation est faite aussi bien au niveau du service commercial que du service client. Leexi s'intègre très facilement et la prise en main est simple. Les résumés sont pertinents et 2 features sortent du lot : les prompts personnalisés + la possibilité de partager la fiche du résumé (vidéo, transcript, actions à réaliser ...).

Pros

L'outil transcrit parfaitement les échanges et distinguent bien les enjeux. La possibilité d'intégrer des prompts sur mesure est un vrai plus

Cons

J'aurais aimé trouvé un scoring du rendez-vous mais je suis sûr que cela arrivera

simplicité d'usage fidélité/qualité des comptes rendus prix raisonnable

Cons

l'interface de classification des entretiens (très nombreux au bout d'un moment) repose sur des filtres et non pas des dossiers, ce qui serait plus pratique peut-être

Cons

Dans ma version d'abonnement, je ne peux pas paramétrer les sujets : cela serait utile pour des restitutions d'entretien qualitatifs. Mais c'est minime par rapport à tout ce qu'offre la solution.
