J’ai souscrit à l’abonnement pour envoyer une facture à un client, mais celui-ci ne l’a jamais reçue. Résultat : un vrai problème professionnel pour moi. Malgré mes échanges avec le support, on m’a simplement répondu que « le mail avait été envoyé »… même s’il n’avait jamais été ouvert ni vu par le destinataire. Aucun geste commercial proposé, aucune prise en compte des conséquences de leur dysfonctionnement. Le service n’a pas rempli sa promesse et le support se réfugie derrière les CGU au lieu de chercher une solution. Très déçue de l’approche, surtout pour un outil censé inspirer confiance et fiabilité. À cause de ce bug, j’ai perdu en crédibilité et en fiabilité auprès de mon client, ce qui est inacceptable quand on paye pour un outil censé sécuriser ce type d’envoi. Ce n’est pas seulement un défaut technique, c’est une atteinte à ma réputation professionnelle.

L'interface est jolie, mais est-ce qu'elle est pratique ? Non. La prise en main est très compliquée

La prise en main est peu intuitive, le service est non fiable, le support est inflexible, même en cas de bug de leur côté.

Je galère depuis le début, et maintenant je suis bloqué. C'est très frustrant d'être bloqué sur une tâche qui normalement me prend 10 secondes mais qui là me bloque et me retarde pendant des jours.

Pros

Le prix est l'avantage principal. Pour la facturation, le logiciel est en dessous du niveau, l'interface est compliquée, la gestion des règlements est embryonnaire. L'ensemble comporte des bugs et ressemble à une solution codée avec un faible niveau.

Cons

Je rencontre un bug, impossible de passer en statut payé une facture d'accompte : un message d'erreur s'affiche en anglais. Pourtant, les montants du devis, de la facture d'accompte et du règlement du client correspondent, aucun soucis de ce côté. Désormais je suis en attente du service client et c'est là où se situe le problème... il n'y a personne.

rien de plus que les autres, manque le détail du chiffre d'affaire par vente et service sur le trimestre .

Cons

ne gère pas le moment de déclaration de tva sur les débit et sur l'encaissement dire que ce logiciel est 100% conforme est faux! la saisie des factures d'une précédent logiciel est laborieuse, surtout si elle comporte de la vente et prestation, décidément c'est a croire qu'il n'y a aucun autoentrepreneur qui vend et répare!!

Une expérience désastreuse. Le support client est tout simplement inexistant. Non seulement ils m'ont coupé mon abonnement par erreur – alors que j'avais payé pour un an – mais en plus, je suis resté bloqué, incapable de facturer mes clients. Inacceptable pour un logiciel censé être fiable. Fuyez.

Pros

Facturer l'avance immédiate de crédit d'impôt. Mais ne fonctionne pas tout le temps.

Cons

super client inexistant (une semaine pour obtenir une réponse quand la facturation ne fonctionne pas, ça peut mettre une entreprise en péril)

Au début j'étais très satisfait, j'ai voulu upgrade mon compte pour avoir les signatures électroniques illimitées car indispensable pour moi. Je me rends compte que le support est de plus en plus absent (débordé ?) et qu'il y a de plus en plus de bugs. Je perds beaucoup de temps (perte de données suite a des déconnexions intempestives, lien de signature qui ne fonctionne pas...)

Pros

J'ai bien aimé le style de l'application, elle est claire et plutôt bien rangée.

Cons

J'apprécie de moins en moins le support qui ne réponds plus... J'ai l'offre la plus chère (business) je remonte des problèmes et demande un geste commercial mais aucune réponse depuis plusieurs jours

154 euros de perdus lors de la première semaine de mon abonnement, un RIB ne m’appartenant pas a été envoyé à mon client. Sûrement un exemple de RIB pré-rédigé sur un template. L’argent est introuvable, non tracé par Abby. Et le service client qui répond sous un délai moyen de deux jours via le chat ne sait que faire. La situation date d'il y a plus de trois mois. Bien que le service proposé soit intéressant et semble faire bénéficier d’un gain de temps, je déconseille vivement d’utiliser Abby pour des sommes importantes. Surtout lorsque des organismes plus certains comme Qonto viennent de sortir leur système de facturation. En dehors de la facturation qu'il est préférable de réaliser ailleurs, les autres services proposés par Abby sont intéressants et semblent qualitatifs.

Les services proposés sont bien ciblés et répondent à de réels besoins

Erreurs réelles possibles, surement dû au caractère récent de la création de la solution Temps de réponse du service client par chat (Toujours plus de deux-trois jours)

Après avoir testé plusieurs logiciels de compta, abby a été le plus intuitif et simple a utiliser pour moi, indépendante.

Pros

C'et un logiciel simple d'utilisation. Il a toutes les fonctionnalités dont j'ai besoin. Il possède une version gratuite qui peut être amplement suffisante. Les abonnements ne sont pas excessifs.

L'interface est plutôt intéressante, conviviale.

Cons

Mais les donctionalittés et les évolutions modifiant le fonctionnement de départ constitue un réel problème. Le chat technique n'est clairement pas à la hauteur et dans des contradictions qui donne systématiquement tort à l'utilisateur sans prendre en compte ses remarques. Bref de l'argent mal investi.
