I really like that Flimp asks for constructive feedback and shares new ideas. Many times, I've said I need to solve for X and they bring several ideas to the table. When recommending Flimp directly to a client I really like that they start the project with most of the leg work done, no creating anything from scratch. Pros Ease of use! I like that with a small amount of technical knowledge you can figure out the Flimp studio quickly. It's flexible, easy to use, has great support and customer service. Customer service being one of the most important things to me. I've used this software for a long time, and I've had many moments where I need support and I needed it fast. I should be embarrassed about how attentive they are to me and my account. Cons The two things I would really like to see developed within the Flimp studio: better spellchecking feature and tables that aren't HTML only. Flimp has shared with me work arounds for these, but I'd like to see them developed into the studio. For direct communications that Flimp develops I have no constructive feedback. Cons The only drawback is the cost of some of the features. For example, a video is $1,600/minute. Cons I support six clients and four use Flimp.
