Excellent from top to bottom. \[sensitive content hidden\] is a visionary who leaves no creative stone unturned. No challenge will go unmet.

Pros

Despite my somewhat biased perspective, I strongly believe that Flimp remains the preeminent Communications entity in the marketplace. And it doesn't just stand on its considerable laurels.It thrives upon constant further innovation...as demonstrated by its leadership role in the realm of AI.

Cons

Nothing. It is in all ways the perfect organization. Having said that, if perfection can be improved upon, leave it to Flimp to do so.

Cons

The project management of our first open enrollment did not go as we hoped; however, we have since addressed it with Flimp and was corrected going forward.

The Flimp studio has been a game-changer, I'm able to provide a resource site to my clients...a one stop shop. I really like that Flimp asks for constructive feedback and shares new ideas. Many times, I've said I need to solve for X and they bring several ideas to the table. When recommending Flimp directly to a client I really like that they start the project with most of the leg work done, no creating anything from scratch.

Pros

Ease of use! I like that with a small amount of technical knowledge you can figure out the Flimp studio quickly. It's flexible, easy to use, has great support and customer service. Customer service being one of the most important things to me. I've used this software for a long time, and I've had many moments where I need support and I needed it fast. I should be embarrassed about how attentive they are to me and my account.

Cons

The two things I would really like to see developed within the Flimp studio: better spellchecking feature and tables that aren't HTML only. Flimp has shared with me work arounds for these, but I'd like to see them developed into the studio. For direct communications that Flimp develops I have no constructive feedback.

The Flimp team is extremely responsive and provides excellent materials.

Pros

The PlanSelect tool is easy to use and generates recommendations based on cost and value. The Virtual Benefits Showcase is a great resource with all of our benefit plan information and the Open Enrollment digital postcard provides quick access to all of our tools and benefit details.

Cons

The only drawback is the cost of some of the features. For example, a video is $1,600/minute.

What I most appreciate is that the clients for whom we've suggested Flimp are not let down relative to their experiences with Flimp. They receive excellent service and Flimp representatives do a terrific job of ensuring that the client implements the best product for their needs for the best price. Flimp makes the implementation process very easy, and employees love the product.

Pros

As a broker, I don't use the software, but please see comments for overall experience.

Cons

I support six clients and four use Flimp. I truly cannot think of anything I like least about the software, nor have any of my clients expressed anything negative about what Flimp offers and how the software works and supports their needs.

Using Flimp Communications has allowed us to effectively communicate with our employee population, who is often hard to reach. Employees are more engaged, and can now access information quickly and easily.
