### "AI is helping increase our productivity "

May 31, 2026

5.0

It’s been great having everything in one central area. The integration of AI is increasingly helping our productivity.

Pros

We are using it more more for AI through Gemini to find information inside of our company. It’s a great tool that we could all use very easy to use.

Cons

There is not very much that we do not like. But it’s very easy to use. It’s very easy to find information.

### "Good product, harder when your org lives in both Google and Microsoft"

June 17, 2026

4.0

Running Google Cloud alongside OneDrive is a bit of a juggling act, but for our situation it makes sense. The school side benefits from the Google ecosystem and the rest of the organization lives in Microsoft. Google Cloud itself is reliable and the pricing for education is hard to beat, it's really just the dual-platform overhead that creates headaches. If your whole org is already in one ecosystem this is a much cleaner experience, but managing both is workable with the right processes in place.

Pros

On the education side of our organization, Google Workspace has been a natural fit. Students and staff are already familiar with Google Docs and Drive, so the adoption curve is basically nonexistent compared to standing up a Microsoft environment from scratch. Collaboration in real time on shared documents works smoothly and the storage management across users is easy to oversee from the admin console. For that use case it genuinely earns its place.

Cons

Where it starts to feel inconsistent is when you're trying to bridge the Google side with a Microsoft-heavy environment. Our main org runs on OneDrive and Microsoft 365, and keeping those two ecosystems from stepping on each other takes more active management than it should. File format compatibility between Google Docs and Word/Excel isn't always clean, and staff who float between both sides end up having to think about which version of a file lives where. It's a solvable problem but it adds friction that wouldn't exist if everything was on one platform.

Reason for choosing Google Cloud

### "First choice for AI and large data processing, as well as K8s workflows"

April 16, 2026

3.0

It is overall a strong choice when performance with large data sets and/or K8s are the highest priority. It would be best suited to teams that are already cloud-native or familiar with containerised workflows and are comfortable building to those specifications. For more traditional environments, it can provide great functionality but is likely to be bottlenecked by the expertise of the administrators managing the platform.

Pros

Espcially strong for compute, data, analytics and container native workloads. It has a known reputation for Kubernetes and managed services, which makes it attractive for teams building cloud native apps or platforms. It tends to excel with large scale data- processing and Ai workflows.

Cons

The biggest issue with GCP is that it often feels less familiar with AWS and Azure in enterprise environments, which isn't great considering that navigating either of those alone doesn't feel very intuitive. in an enterprise environment this can mean even fewer teams or administrators knowing the tooling and how to efficiently leverage it. The learning curve coming from a MS background is incredibly steep and the difficulties with mapping concepts between GCP and Microsoft on-prem means that it's difficult to have high level standardisations and cleanly integrated workflows.

### "Automatic back up for photos "

June 21, 2026

5.0

I have my pictures backed up and I don’t have to worry about losing them or taking up space on my phone.

Pros

It keeps my photos stored effortlessly. I don’t have to make choices to delete any pictures because there is plenty of space on the cloud and they are backed up automatically.

Cons

I don’t love that when I run out of space I have to pay for more space. The coat seems a little high.

### "leading cloud computing platforms"

May 11, 2026

5.0

Google Cloud is an excellent platform for organizations that need scalable infrastructure, advanced analytics, AI capabilities, and collaborative document management. It delivers strong value and enterprise functionality, but users should be prepared for a learning curve and carefully monitor costs.

Pros

Extensive documentation and tutorials Strong enterprise-level support options Helpful for large organizations with premium plans Clean and modern interface Strong integration with Google ecosystem tools Excellent onboarding for basic storage and collaboration Competitive pricing compared to some rivals Pay-as-you-go flexibility Strong free-tier offerings for developers and small projects Excellent cloud storage and file accessibility Seamless collaboration through Google Workspace Real-time sharing and synchronization across devices Strong automation tools and APIs Excellent orchestration capabilities for enterprise workloads Integrates well with Kubernetes, BigQuery, and AI service

Cons

Support can be slow on lower-tier plans Some users report difficulty reaching live representatives Technical responses may feel overly documentation-focused Steep learning curve for advanced cloud services Pricing structure can be confusing Storage limits on some plans Advanced workflow setup requires technical knowledge

### "Google Cloud: Raw power and limitless infrastructure for my data"

June 11, 2026

5.0

A profound sense of technological power and security. Knowing that my applications rely on the exact same infrastructure as the giants of the web gives me the ultimate certainty that my systems will never crash, no matter the workload.

Pros

When I needed to step up my game to store data, run heavy analysis, or host web services, I turned to Google Cloud. What impresses me the most is the sheer speed and stability of the infrastructure. The management console has incredible technical depth, offering AI and data analytics tools of unmatched power. I deeply appreciate the flexibility of the services: I only pay for exactly what I consume down to the second, which allows my projects to scale at the precise pace of my actual needs.

Cons

This is a tool reserved for the initiated. The learning curve is extremely steep, and I must admit I spent many hours digging through technical documentation just to understand the architecture. Without solid development skills or the help of an engineer, it is easy to make serious configuration mistakes. Furthermore, if you do not set up strict budget alerts from the very beginning, the bill can bring very unpleasant surprises in the event of a sudden traffic spike or poorly managed resources.

### "Google Cloud Is Great."

June 16, 2026

Great software. And it can help retain and automatically save your note. When the power is off, it can still receive support by returning to your earlier writing.

Pros

Google can store your messages and Word files safely and uninterrupted. It can automatically and safely save items.

Cons

I don't see any disadvantages in using Google Cloud. In some cases, when you are offline. The cloud could still help.

June 21, 2026

4.0

My overall experience with Google Cloud has been positive. It’s a powerful and reliable platform, especially for scalable storage, data management, and cloud services.

Pros

The scalability and performance are the biggest strengths. Google Cloud handles large amounts of data efficiently and integrates well with other Google services.

Cons

The learning curve can be steep, especially for users who aren’t very technical. Pricing can also be confusing without careful monitoring.

### "One panel, all services."

May 12, 2026

5.0

For many years, I have been using both servers and various services like maps, location, authentication, and calendar in my projects.

Pros

All services are conveniently managed in a single pool and with a single payment source. When a project has multiple requirements, being able to see all of them, including usage statistics.

Cons

When payment profiles are linked to your Google account, and you want to remove a payment profile, it becomes a real hassle.

### "Happy to Be an innovator"

February 27, 2026

5.0

Google Cloud is the best, and I love the platform and using all the different parts and tools of it,

Pros

Google Cloud is the best service in this field, covering all the functions possible, with unparalleled ease of use, and the best part is the educational platform, the labs and free credits I am using to learn, and receiving more for free every period of time. And I am happy to introduce myself as a Google Cloud Innovator to you.

Cons

I am happy with the Google Cloud service and can not find a flaw, and I constantly find new, exciting things that I did not know about.

### "Mostly great!"

December 14, 2025

4.0

Very good, other than the aforementioned. Dealing with customer support is not nice, and makes the nice integrations less nice

Pros

Lots of very slick integrations that make working with cloud from an ops perspective very easy and low friction

Cons

Lack of ARM architecture, and big obvious gaps in common infrastructure, for example backups in big query and cloud sql. Also customer support is difficult.

### "Google Cloud usage for over 2 years"

April 23, 2026

5.0

My overall experience with Google Cloud is positive because it provides a strong platform for testing modern applications in realistic, scalable environments. It is especially useful for validating system reliability, integrations, deployment behavior, and monitoring production-like workloads, although it does require a good understanding of the cloud setup to test effectively and diagnose issues quickly.

Pros

What I liked most about Google Cloud from a QA perspective was its support for stable, scalable test environments and its strong integration with logging, monitoring, and deployment tools. It makes it easier to validate application behavior across environments, investigate failures with better observability, and support more reliable end-to-end and performance testing in cloud-based systems.

Cons

Troubleshooting can sometimes become complex when issues span multiple services, configurations, or environments. For QA, this can make root cause analysis harder, especially when failures are related to permissions, infrastructure settings, service dependencies, or environment-specific behavior rather than the application itself.

### "All-in-one platform with generous free to use and prices, but overwhelming complexity noise"

March 7, 2026

4.0

Google Cloud was always reliable, has everything I need for my business projects and products, and I love experimenting with their tools, especially testing early access features, because it makes it so much easier later to implement in real production!

Pros

The availability of various solutions, tools, software, especially in the artificial intelligence field. I also really value their many programs via which you can get access to free credits and tools, as well as their general generous free use offers in combination with really acceptable prices for pay-as-you-go.

Cons

The complexity and overwhelming bombarding of users immediately with dozens of links and offers and promotions and whatever, which in the end could all be so much better organized. What I mostly need the tools and services for is actually to automate, save time and effort, etc., but instead, what I get is losing time and effort and energy on researching and overthinking.

### "Good cloud service."

February 10, 2026

4.0

Overall my experience with Google Cloud is good. It does what I expect from a service like this. It's nothing special, in my opinion, but I never had any kind of trouble with it.

Pros

Google Cloud is a reliable data storage service. I use it at work for some time, and I found it easy and simple to customize, with good features too. I can access the files from every device, even mobile. The customer support is ready to answer, and in general, the software works pretty well. With few money per month I can buy storage space for the files I need to conserve.

Cons

No differences between this service and many others the market offers. Nothing new and nothing special. It's good, but from Google I expect some innovation more.

### "Google Cloud-Great Teamwork."

January 28, 2026

One of the better features of Google Cloud is the tutorial on the right hand side of the page. It helps if you are new to Google Cloud to figure out what you need to do. Another good feature is the menu on the left hand side of the page to access the information you need immediately.

Pros

Google Cloud is an easy software to use for data management and sharing information across teams. It also has mobile access which makes it easy for others to access the information.

Cons

Google Cloud has a complex pricing model which can make it difficult to understand the actual cost of the product.

Pros

I like the scalability and integration with other Google services. It is powerful for hosting and data solutions for many of my different websites I build.

Cons

It is complex and not easy to use for beginners, honestly it tooks me so long to understand how to use it. Also, pricing can be confusing.

### "Review of Google Cloud"

March 25, 2026

5.0

Overall, my experience with Google Cloud has been solid. It’s a powerful platform that does what it’s supposed to do, but there’s definitely a learning curve at the beginning. Once you get the hang of it, it becomes a really reliable tool.

Pros

Strong performance and reliability Everything runs fast and smooth. I haven’t really run into downtime issues, which gives peace of mind. Great integration with other Google tools If you’re already using Google Workspace, Gmail, or Google Analytics, everything connects pretty seamlessly.

Cons

Steep learning curve Not beginner-friendly. If you’re new, it can feel overwhelming trying to figure everything out.

### "Google Great"

September 13, 2025

5.0

Google cloud has been the most important with its storage back up and capacity, efficient data storage management capabilities. They appreciate the user-friendly interface, scalability, and capabilities like lifecycle management and versioning.

Pros

most for its strengths in artificial intelligence (AI) and data analytics, its scalability and performance, its user-friendly interface and intuitive design, and its robust global infrastructure and security features. Its deep integration with Google's own data tools like BigQuery and Vertex AI, combined with its ability to handle massive datasets and automate complex processes, empowers businesses to make data-driven decisions quickly and efficiently

Cons

I personally dislike the complexity, unpredictable costs, and inadequate customer support associated with Google Cloud. Many also express frustration with a steep learning curve and inconsistent documentation.

### "Convenience of Storage"

April 23, 2026

5.0

Convenience and accessibility have been amazing but the "big brother" part where any files I have can be searched I'm not thrilled on. The only way around that is by creating your own storage setup.

Pros

I like how easy it is to sync up between devices. Being able to load files from my computer and access them on my phone before or during a flight is really convenient.

Cons

The only thing I'm not too fond of is how Google can also search through my files so it is not a 100% secure storage.

I’ve been using google cloud for well over 5 years, and other than apple iCloud, it’s the only cloud service that I use.

Pros

It’s very convenient. I have every file/photo/, etc, in folders, and can easily search them up, whenever i need one.

Cons

They only give you 15GB for free, after that, you have to pay for their subscription plan. They offer 100GB (which is what I use), and they offer a 1 TB plan, as well!
