Support is always a quick call/email away and often if the rep doesn't have the answer, they have the resources available to them to get the answer (no matter how technical). Pros GCP has a massive set of products we use on the regular from ML-based, virtual PCs and SQL; they typically have a free-tier you can use to develop on to see if larger deployments will be worth it. Pros It's simple to use and several of its features are top-tier: BigQuery, GKE, Pub/Sub. IAM and networking is much simpler and straightforward than in AWS Cons The only thing is that adoption and community in general are smaller than with other cloud providers, so it's harder to find talent and information.
