Pros Centralized data storage. Collaborative tools and customizable file access for sharing. Cons Hard to categorize files in folder. Display is not very user friendly. I like how I can use one password for everything I use the cloud for. There prices are reasonable for each storage capacity. Pros I like how I can save all my documents, photos, email, call logs, just about everything once it's synced. Also easy to access all of my data from any device. It's one of the easiest softwares for me to store my files and answer emails. There is an app for every feature and it integrates seamlessly into my phone. Most people have a Google account; when I email new people, they are familiar with the software I am using. Cons Google Cloud has great integration to my phone. I love being able to access all my documents anywhere I go with an internet connection. Pros I love the synchronicity across all my devices. Cons The only con is that I have to pay for it, but the cost is so minimal that I really don't mind. Alternatives considered [Dropbox Backup](https://www.capterra.com/p/10019994/Dropbox-Backup/) Reason for choosing Google Cloud Goggle Cloud was just easier to use. I kept both, but I never use Dropbox now. Switched from [OneDrive](https://www.capterra.com/p/161304/OneDrive/) One Drive was too complicated to use.
