It was causing our systems to run slow no matter which computer or laptop we were on in the office. When we learned of this, did some research and chose to go with it, we noticed an increase with the speed of our systems. It was not hard to use and is very user friendly. Google customer support has thus far been very useful, and we are looking forward to using this for the business. Cons The biggest complaint was the amount of time it took to get started with the actual upload process. We almost thought that it wasn't going to work. We had so many files to upload to the Google Cloud, that could have been what was stalling the process, because no other issues could be seen. I have a lot of exploring and testing to do. This looks intense and filled with possibilities. Cons It's not quite as easy to use right off the bat like when I've used other products such as Azure, VMware, etc. This is a little more complicated and I feel like I definitely need to go through more tutorials and training just to spin up a Windows 11 VM. It's very handy allowing everyone to view a file, but only letting certain people modify it. Great for keeping documents secure and tracking changes. Cons Sometimes the sharing of documents and controlling permissions can cause and odd layout, and spread folders around haphazardly on the homepage. Not a huge deal, but means you have to manually organise things every so often.
