Cons Very little to dislike here, an extremely powerful free platform that offers a ton of functionality that I use on a daily basis. We use Google's Cloud for everything in our work from storing documents, to collaborating on new work and projects. Google's Cloud makes it simple to work and collaborate with others, regardless of physical location or time. Cons There isn't much I could possibly say that's negative about Google's Cloud. GCP provides lot of other applications for Data Analysis and Artificial Intelligence (AI and ML) . Cons Few things worth to mentions regarding GCP when we compare it with other Cloud Providers(AWS and Azure) 1. GCP is little bit expensive . 2. GCP still lags some areas in terms of features(Oracle and SQL Server ) which other clouds provides. 3. Management tools are little bit lagging the comfort level that other providers included. 4. Pros It's easy to get up, it scales really well and it's consistent - they have a lot of different options to have your whole I.T operation hosted with them, It's a premium product by google so it can be very reliable if not the most reliable host to date. Cons It's expensive, without startup credits it would have been to expensive to get started, compared to traditional hosting services and cloud hosting from competitors it's by far the priciest offering. Often we will be in different locations and have to edit a document. We are able to collaborate at the same time on the same document. I also have benefited greatly from the auto save feature. We have often also had to use the previous version feature. Pros I love that I am able to store multiple documents and access them from wherever I am with whatever device I have. I also like I am able to share the documents or projects with other and we are able to collaborate on the same project at the same time. Cons I do not have a singular complaint about this software. A few years ago I would call Google and get a call center in Michigan in the USA and now its in India and the support is not a fraction of what it was when it was based in the US. We have used both AWS and Google Cloud - and we prefer Google Cloud. Pros Google Cloud has a very good web console interface. All the resources are well documented. We decided to use Google Cloud because of BigQuery. AWS does not have a product to compete with what BigQuery gives us. Cons The developer community for GCP is not as widespread as on AWS. You will find more help online for AWS problems.
