It's been quite a while that I've been using and still find it very useful! Pros Maintain all my documents online without having to carry anything with me. Files can be easily stored under folders and be categorized. The best part is that the data can be securely stored due to the protected and trusted Google platform. Cons There is a limitation of storage for the free version. Yet, it is one of the best tools for storing data on the cloud. Note that a basic internet connection is necessary for accessing the files. Google's offering is by far the best solution for email, doc sharing, etc... It's a system that just works, without the need of any tech support. The let down's are poor customer support when you do have an issue and the lack of any good Outlook integration. Pros The autoscaling features and the expected uptime are really impressive. It's clearly support by a smart and well tested network. The amount of tools is impressive, specially the debugging and error reporting tools surprised me in a good way. Cons It's certainly hard to grasp, you'll need to do some courses from Google to get a good understanding of the actual possibilities of the platform and to get the best value from it. There are a few things with cache on the Storage tool that are not quite transparent and could get buggy. Other minor thing is that you'll probably need an external CDN tool because the native one doesn't cover all possible uses. Review Source GK George K.
