We still need to set up our accounting integration, but we look forward to no longer having to enter transactions to our systems twice. Pros Robust donor management and ability to add custom fields. Anything I couldn't figure out on my own was remedied by their easily-accesible service team and training videos. It's user-friendly and intuitive, making it easy to manage donor information and complete everyday tasks efficiently. The customer service team is exceptional—responsive, and knowledgeable This has made my onboarding process and ongoing use smooth and stress-free. Cons When reaching out to Customer Support, the chat window times out if there is no activity. This makes it difficult to continue with the same support person if a walk through is needed. Pros DonorPerfect offers robust management of donors, allowing a non-profit to scale without stressing over managing data. They make receiving, tracking, and managing donations easy. Cons Setting up forms and managing f/u emails is somewhat frustrating. But once set up, these function well as intended.
