Pros DonorPerfect is quite user-friendly. I was able to quickly make sense of the data presentation and get started right away. Anything I couldn't figure out on my own was remedied by their easily-accesible service team and training videos. Cons I was a little thrown off by the tabs in the Donor Profiles, but once I realized that all the data was there--folded into the tabs, I was able to find everything I needed. Their help center is a real person who walks you through what you need to do, answers questions thoroughly, and with very little wait time. My experience with DP has been nothing short of simple. Pros DonorPerfect is perfectly user friendly. It's user interface feels natural to navigate. This is the first CRM I've had experience with and it quickly felt like riding a bike. Even creating reports is simple and whenever a problem arises, customer support is always right there to walk you through the exact steps. Easy to use, easy to understand, and plenty of support! Pros I am new to Donor Perfect and to fundraising in general, and the interface is both easy to use and helps me understand fundraising concepts, donor management, and document our stewardship efforts with ease. There is a clear application of all the concepts I am using, with an easy to understand interface, reporting structures, and bulk data management options. Cons The log-in process can be frustrating, as can accidentally clicking out of the tab while working in DP and trying to get back in.
