Pros Works well once you understand how it works. It's essentially an online database management program. If you know that basics of database management, you'll like donorperfect. DonorPerfect has provided exactly what we need. Pros Easy to learn, easy to navigate, full functionality with basic package and customer service is absolutely awesome! April 24, 2018 5.0 I think once I get everything transferred from QuickBooks and get addresses for donors I don't have, things are going to feel more complete. Pros I have everything in one spot. I can pull up stats on any donor at anytime with easy reports. The amount of information that can be stored on one donor is priceless. Cons Importing contacts from QuickBooks is a little challenging with the formats. I've had to reformat every export to match DonorPerfect's templates. Review Source JH Janice H. It doesn't have too much distracting factors for a small-mid organization like mine, which can be an issue when using larger donor management software. The visuals/layout is user-friendly too.
