He may be a user, if so, he would add to his review that the niche markets we are in are very strong offerings. Customer Service: Sometimes a wait to get a callback but when they connect with you, they are helpful Cons The report functions are difficult to use and customize. You must go to multiple tabs to create different reports. Donor entry field is not streamlined and simple.
