"ARREVA: Tech that helps"

**Pros:** The interface is smooth and straight forward. Support center is very helpful. Just need to play with it and gain experience, once I did I loved using the system.

**Cons:** This was more so my end, but the system had delayed times when merging households. Also it was confusing to merge certain people at times.

"Major Problems with Conversion - disappointing customer service"

**Pros:** The reporting features/options are robust.

**Cons:** We were so disappointed with the conversion process and lack of responsiveness of the conversion team and those in charge of "Client Success." On multiple occasions, we waited days to get answers to questions, and that was after our repeated emails/phone calls. The customer service we received was poor.
