### "Update on Restore Comments...."

It takes a condo association into this era!

Pros

Ease of Use Easy to Train All documents are in one place Everything we need as an association is here

Cons

Dates are oldest first (who does that?) Service is spotty HOWEVER, after I posted my frustrations, the manager of customer service was right on it and the data was restored this very day. Can't ask for better than that except that their process be better so there was no need to escalate. They heard and are learning!

### "Horrible Support "

Pros

Average features. Priced fairly low (now I know why). Fairly Intuitive. Menus are ability to search docs is nice. Online registration is good.

Cons

We changed our payment services provider and contacted support a month before the cut over date. Calls to support and opening tickets went unnoticed. It is impossible to reach a live person. As the date came closer, we reached out to our Implantation Coordinator. After two weeks the response back was That's not my job, call your account representative. Still nothing. Opening support tickets did nothing. Our cut over date arrived and we managed to fix the main menu's link ourselves, but the dropdown still cannot be updated. An email forwarded to the Director of Customer Care, went unanswered. And we are still waiting for a call from support or anyone. Since this affects our HOA revenue, it should have been high priority. If called I would never recommend this vendor and would be happy to share our experience with any potential customers. Still Waiting.

### "Customer Service???"

The product is fine, but if you ever need to speak with someone, it won't happen. I have not once had a smooth interaction with this company. Thankfully, I've only had to call them twice in the past year, but both times took more time and effort on my part than should ever need to be exerted. The first time, it took calling NUMEROUS times over a week, then finally getting clever and reaching out to the sales department, they always answer. The second time, currently dealing with, I have called and left 5 messages over two months. Still nothing. I've sent an email, nothing. If you want a service that you can never speak or correspond with anyone, pick them, otherwise, run.

Pros

The ease of not having to switch to another company.

Cons

The people behind the software are really the problem.

### "ok but not great"

Website administrator for 285 resident HOA. I am a retired software engineer and volunteered to administrator the HOA website for our community.

Pros

Site is organized well can assign permission levels based on folder has Board Member and Committe Member features

Cons

document sort oldest first, resident directory sorts on first name template looks appropriate for retirement home, cannot change no support for contractor rating or voting

Pros

WOW not one single thing. There are NONE

Cons

unable to resolve problems due to lack of response and customer service. Worst Assn. website provider ever.

### "Association Voice - no support"

Pros

Cost is only bonus. Pay more to save you headache down the road.

Cons

No support or follow through on support calls/emails. Never able to get a live person on the phone when needed. If you have any other option, take it!

Would not go this way again.

Pros

It is relatively easy to use and post things on the site.

Cons

There is virtually no customer support. It can take between weeks and months for them to ever answer a question.
