We like how we can use the account numbers to do various searches on the data. We appreciate all the help they have given us to improve our financial reporting with their software! I can usually configure a report the way I need it, but if I ever have questions, the customer support team is very responsive. If we can't work through it quickly, they will always work on the issue or question quickly and call back with a solution. I really value the webinar trainings they offer too. I have used Araize product in the past, and newest version is just as good, the software is not complicated to use. When you sign on you are able to see at first sight all that you will need to maneuver through the program. I would also like to add that customer service is excellent as well. Going from manual record keeping to doing everything on computer was wonderful, and the program has improved greatly over the years. Prior to Araize we were using Quick Books, which if fine for one funding source but with non profit agency funding this was not enough.
