Overall: Overall I thought it was a poor product and very basic. Once they got my money it appeared they just did not care.

Recommendations to other buyers: Please get educated and shop around

Comments: Our practice has used this software for 8 years. We were very happy with the company and the product until the past year. Some reorganization at the executive level has caused this company to go down hill very quickly. For many years, support was top notch. Now you cannot get anyone competent on the phone -- if you get anyone at all.

Used to be great.

Comments: We have had clinic pro for 10 years. It was easy to set up and implement. Customer service was excellent until the past year and now wait times are longer and they have a hard time figuring out problems that arise. It is not certified for meaningful use and the EHR notes need a ton of customization. You can get it certified but you must pay for it yourself. Billing is easy as well as entering in insurance payments. Does not have text or email appointment reminders.
