Easy business system is quite robust and is capable of doing a lot of things that I haven't been aware of in the past, and probably I'm still not aware of. I think the weakest point is the customer service and letting the users know what the software is capable of.

What's the system is set up? It's very easy and fast.

Cons

Easy business does a lot of things, but you don't know about them. The staff at easy biz needs to inform their users about the updates and their training needs to be greatly improved

You can absolutely access your software outside of the office without losing your desktop via an app which is assessible to you now, we also have cloud options if that is something you would prefer, but it is not required. There are also many features included in your package at no extra charge to you which you guys are not taking advantage of. Please give us a call so we can discuss this further. In looking at your account, you are paying a 3rd party company for services that EZBIS can provide you and most of those features are included in your package. You'd save a lot of money should you consider making it all in one.

Excellent. I was at a state convention, when electronic records were just starting ( many years ago) The talk between Doctors was that was the best available. At the break, everyone rushed over to the EZBIS desk, it was quite a testimony, and I think I made a good decision that day to join with EZBIS.

Pros

I love how customizable everything is! You can create macros for just about every situation.

Cons

It gets tricky to double book patients, but not impossible.

Cons

Appointment syncing with review wave is not the best. Any updates performed on the server cause connection issues and we have to get everything reconnected often. I would also like improvements on chiropractic exams that our doctors could use daily.

Outstanding always solve my problems on the first call patiently.

Cons

It times out too fast. We and support have dealt with it but I still must repeatedly sign in all day even if left 5-7 minutes. It’s a drag signing in 20 times a day.

Pros

I believe customer service is the number one thing I value the most regarding . We are currently working with EZBIS to implement our office soap notes electronically into the patients account within the EZBIS program so that we will be able to send them with electronic billing. EZBIS is open to new ideas and allows our office to grow and improve with the program.

Cons

I would like to see some improvements under the conditions tab. When I enter an updated diagnosis that is dated, I would like for it to automatically be applied to the patients date of service and each procedure as it relates to the corresponding date of diagnosis. As the program operates now I have to manually add the updated diagnosis to each procedure from the date of the diagnosis to present.

### "Easiest Software and the Could Option is sensational."

I have worked with since the 1980"s and this product has been so advanced and is a one stop shop. Billing -Collections, Front desk signing in electronically, working with the credit card company with ease via Front desk and Batch entry, letters, texting, reminders, and most of all verifying insurance instantly. The reports and statistics are outstanding as well so that the doctor can see what he doing monthly. The inventory scanning and using barcode scanner is fabulous as well..

Pros

The ease of use and the functionality that EZ Bis offers is outstanding. The Cloud version is hands down the best option. Billing and Collections has been simplified and makes the product simple to use and teach. There are many software programs on the market and this one for our doctors office has been fantastic! We are looking forward to even more advancements in the program. There is no reason not to use this product and EZ Bis support- No excuses! This will help any business stay over 90% collected as well.

Cons

I only wish that there was a Doc-u sign availability so that the docs could import their forms the way they like them and we would have the patients sign them and interface, then we could load them directly into the account.

### "Have been happy with EZ Bis for over 20 years"

Pros

In a Chiropractic office, this software is invaluable. It is very user friendly and easy to train new employees on. They certainly have the best customer service in the business, very polite and very responsive. We have been happy for decades now!

Cons

Have requested on multiple occasions now to have an update where the system will allow billing single date per claim or multiple dates per claim to run PER insurance company rather than all or nothing. It is VERY costly and VERY time consuming to find and print out EOB's when only (1) insurance company we handle needs one date per claim. This request seems fairly simple, but has yet to be addressed.

Pros

Through the years, has kept up with the newest aspects of reporting and has made it easier to maintain accurate patient records. We have been able to do away with all paper files while utilizing EZBis' software.

Cons

There are only a few features which could use a little improvement. However, those are minor details.

We use the appointment system that send reminders to the patients via there cell phone. This has helped with out retention and patient compliance.

Pros

I purchased years ago and this is one of the Software programs offered to the Chiropractic Profession that has been able to adapt and grow with the many changes that our industry has to comply with government regulations. e.g. Hippa Soap Notes, and Electronic Billing to name a few.

Cons

As with any program, there is always room for improvements. has been always open to suggestions that make the program more adaptable.

is always updating their software with new features and upgrades. The staff is very knowledgeable on every aspect of the software, unlike other medical software companies. If you have a question or concern, EZBIS gets you an answer immediately. Their tech support goes above and beyond to help you. You cannot find a company like this anywhere else!

Pros

I have been using for 19 years. The scheduling and billing aspect of their software is far superior to other chiropractic softwares. EZBIS is easy to view, easy to understand and to train others on. EZBIS is user friendly with many features that will help you run your office effectively and accurately. The Collection desk makes receiving payments with a click of a button. All payments are applied to the patient per claim with ease.

Cons

Many chiropractic offices are hiring naturopath doctors into their chiropractic practices. I would like to see the EHR upgraded to include naturopaths. Naturopathic doctors use more medical language and I would love to see this added to to make every doctor happy in our office. Otherwise, the chiropractic EHR is excellent.

has a far superior customer service and tech support staff compared to the other company. The front desk system with EZBIS is user friendly which is a must for a high volume chiropractic office. The other companies scheduling is confusing and difficult. Not to mention their billing software. EZBIS is an all in one, perfectly made software for any chiropractic office.

We have used software since their DOS version (20+ years). It should go without saying, but it is so much easier now. The drop down menus are thorough, but still need a little change here and there (for our doctor's preferences in wording). And, with guidance and EZBIS technical support, the process of making changes was also easy enough.

Cons

Our doctor has had to make several changes to the notes menu. His changes are to enhance the wording to fit more to his technique of chiropractic treatment.

Pros

The fact that I saw the product evolving from its initial launch 35 years ago to the most recent update.

Cons

I don’t typically like change, so expensive updates were a bit challenging to navigate, but customer service was there all the way.

Overall, there is nothing major wrong with the system. There were just enough small oddities that made me not like it. I will pursue other options.

Pros

They do cover all of the bases and have been in the Chiropractic business for a long time. I do like that you have the option of be a cloud or a server base. It is a big plus for those that are looking to switch to the cloud and have the software already. Front desk features and tools are easy to pick and train.

Cons

Besides one section of the EHR function the system is very dated. It looks old. The reports take some getting used to and they are not as intuitive as I was originally led to believe. The coding was not has helpful as I was hoping. I have used systems that remember modifiers and unique situations and help you code appropriately... I couldn't get this to do the same. An odd thing... I was required to change the resolution on by screen for the program to work appropriately which caused my other programs to look weird.

The Demo program, which you tested, does not have these capabilities however. When particular reports are missing information, our unique generator can provide anything you are needing. Also, it is hard to understand what you might be referring to regarding coding. EZBIS is customizable. We have templates to get you started but ultimately, with our trainer or our 5 star support team, you are shown how to customize the system to help your day flow smoothly.
