Customer support has been good. I use it very sparingly. email support is free, but there is generally a time lag with this . Phone support is more immediate for critical issues.

Pros

My favorite part of the program is the survey generator, it is an older DOS logic set up but once you learn it's quirks it is really useful. aI use it weekly to check claim information and sentimental emailing lists mailing. looking up lost patients and tons of other details.

Cons

I ran into a bunch of issues on electronic claims process in 2003. IT put me out of business and lost thousands to unpaid claims continuing to be lost is the "system". Started back in years later and went cash and haven't looked back.

talked to a few doctors at the time and it was recommended. several had horror stories about bad purchases.

Have enjoyed working with EZBIZ software & Customer Service. No frustrations other than when it glitches and is down at times.

Pros

The Customer Service reps are EXTREMELY friendly and very helpful. Especially \[sensitive content hidden\]! There is no question she can't answer. She's the absolute BEST! If we have things we want that the software can't do, they are willing to submit for consideration of adding options.

I think ezbis is an average company. I think there is room for improvement on making this program easier to use and understand as far as insurance copays and accounting is concerned

Pros

some functions are helpful in maintaining patient balances and EOB

Cons

no printed manual / no face to face meetings with reps / everytime there is an update it seems to mess the system up / a lot of "bug" issues

Hi Bart. Thanks for reviewing us. I'm sorry you are not happy. There are a few issues here you report, I'd like to assist with. Printed manuals are sent when you purchase the software. As you update your software, we have built in manuals and videos in the software for you to view (or print) as you need. We offer in house trainings if you prefer face to face communications. We also have seminars (these went away during Covid but we will be bringing them back soon). Concerned about the glitches you mention, I reviewed a couple cases from your account and I noticed a trend, when you update your software, you should always update from the server (this is a major reason why you keep having glitches). If you are currently experiencing issues, please let us know.

Pros

I purchased the software in my 1st year of practice 1986. I have seen the many upgrades and improvements. The service support is what keeps me with the company. Hands down the best price and the best service in the industry.

Pros

EZBIS appointment scheduling, appointment reminders, personalized texts, billing, account management and practice management through its extensive reporting is the best.

Cons

The notetaking system is not user friendly. It is far too cumbersome and time intensive.

We have been with EZBIS for over 20 years I believe and any time we had issues, they were resolved quickly. Again, I love the fact the software is easy to use and train staff on.

Pros

Did pretty much everything we needed and was easy to train new staff on.

Cons

Our office does dictation soap notes and it was challenging for the doctor at times to work within the format, but ultimately it does and that is what counts.

I have never used any other program for what I do at work, only EZBIZ, so I have no reference to go by, however, I do love the great customer service that you offer. They are so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the software. Thank you for always being there when I mess something up or just need to find something.

Pros

I like most the ease of use. I could use most functions with little training and learned by trail and error other parts of EZBIS that I wasn't trained on.

Cons

I like least about EZBIS is that there is no easy, single button to check if a patient has a future appt. scheduled. Until our last update to 13.0 that was no way other than looking at each future date for a patient's appt. Now, at least I can go to Ledger and find it.

I have used EZBis since 1989. I watched it change and grow. They implemented suggestions into the software fairly quickly. It's easy to use, easy to modify, easy to learn.

Cons

It has no cons. When something does need changes, I just make suggestions and the team works them in.

Only helpful This system is as user friendly as it gets. I can not say enough how much I appreciate this team and enjoy this company.

Everyone I have spoken with has been so helpful and patient. Very informative, user friendly, professional and with a welcoming tone and whit that has been much appreciated. Outstanding customer service. Can not say enough about that.

Cons

I honestly can not say there is anything I have found to speak negative about. This system is very practical and user friendly. The customer service is top notch. Out of 10 its an easy 11 for me to rate my experience.

Pros

It is easy to understand & use, and customer service reps are always patient and helpful. They are always creating new ways to help the doctor & staff do thier jobs more thoroughly.

Cons

It takes a few tries to be able to implement something new- I am not good with 'computer language' so I have trouble finding the right areas on my computer to transfer files to.

Overall, EZBis is a very easy platform to learn, implement, and use. I have used it before in years past and just purchased the entire platform late in 2020, and I am still learning all the features. It has already begun to save me time and energy, and I know it will provide more of that the more I learn all the features. Overall, I could not be more pleased.

Pros

I love every feature of the EZBis software. The notes are easy and have every feature needed to keep accurate daily SOAP notes. I have used many software packages in the past, including PracticeSuite, ChiroTouch and many others. EZBis has the features that I enjoyed the most, and they keep upgrading and innovating via client suggestions. There are many features I still have yet to figure out, but the tutorials, manuals and trainings are extremely helpful.

Cons

The only feature I would like to see, since I know documentation necessity very well, it the ability for the EHR to have a more easily customizable combination use box for choices when writing your SOAP notes. Otherwise, I have no cons to the platform at all.

### "The most dependable for a large practice."

PROS: There are way too many to list! However, for us, the main attractions are ease of use, flexibility, and customer support. We presently have 3 locations, Chiro, PT, and Medical. Because there is always some one new at one of the offices, ease of use and the ability to train someone quickly is paramount. Ezbis makes the training easy. They'll even log on and help train someone. The system is flexible and does things other systems do not address. Can you enter a new patient, hit a button and have all their insurance verified and inserted into their account? You can with Ezbis. Dreading January 1 because you have to reverify ALL your patients again? In Ezbis, you pull up the patient's account, click 2 buttons and boom - its all inserted for you. No calls to the carrier means we literally save hundreds of hours per year! In the medical world special "NDC" numbers are a required to bill certain procedures. Ezbis inserts them automatically. Same issue with modifiers and fees - once set up, Ezbis inserts them automatically. The doctor doesn't have to deal with them! Even CPT code variations are dealt with automatically. Ever get a denial from Medicare or United when billing 97014? Ezbis can be trained so that when you hit the "stim" button it adds G0283 for those carriers. In a large office with lots of staff we can't have multiple buttons for the same service without making errors (one for medicare, another for united, another for other insurance, another for cash, etc.). In our offices we need the computer to be simple and help to create efficient workflows. I could go on and on. When it comes to support they can't be beat. Yes, you may have to wait on hold for a few minutes at peak times - but they'll usually fix the issue right then. Is it 100%? Nobody is, but it beats the heck out of waiting for a response for 3 days (yes, I waited 3 days from a software vendor). CONS: The EHR could be, and should be faster (1 star deduction under ease of use). Appointment reminders are great but get expensive for a large volume. I would also like outcome assessments to populate the check in kiosk based on where the patient is in their treatment program. I have owned three other systems and researched most of the other players. For us Ezbis is the clear winner.

This was the first EMR I'd ever used, and there are only two I would recommend less than this.

Pros

Basic functionality (like scheduling and posting charges) was pretty easy.

Cons

Financial reports are unimpressive and often lack information. Sometimes a report will provide different values if you run it twice (same criteria). Often unpaid claims aren't listed on the unpaid claims report. Customer service is mediocre. Not cloud-based.
