Pros Very cost effective. I like the accounting options and also the 3rd party integrations that they offer. Very flexible and also very easy to understand. Probably the best property management accounting software that I have ever used. Cons I wish they had more options from Windows however I am a pc guy and pc's are more affordable for my business therefore its not an issue for me.
