Comments: Program needs updating and client outreach is non-existent. I have requested updated info for a long time to no avail.

Comments: There is ALWAYS a problem with the "Daysheet" changing screens. It's as if it is dial-up service on that screen. Just awful and embarrassing with patients. Even with "upgrades" (at $750 a year), the problem does not get resolved. We feel totally stuck with the money we have spent for Inphase and then "upgrades" we have bought and nothing gets better regarding the screen you use most during the day with patients. Stay away from this software.

Comments: We've had Inphase for years. There came point where we had to update. When we did, it caused a problem with our billing. In order to fix the problem with our billing that THEIR software caused we had to pay extra. When I explained what The software had done, they acted condescending towards us and said that we should get on a yearly maintenance plan, which cost even more. So, we ended up paying for an upgrade that caused a problem with our software that we, in turn, had to pay to fix. Nice. As far as I'm concerned, they're just a bunch of crooks. My advice: Buy your software somewhere else. There's a LOT of better software out there...no need to buy from a company that doesn't support their clients.
