### "Rent Manager Review"

I have used for several years now. When I first got the software it was very difficult to learn, and I abandoned it; however, after spending some time in trial and error usage I find that it is a much better value for the dollar than I realized.

Pros

Very detailed oriented with respect to full property management accounting functions.

Cons

Difficult to learn. Tedious and time consuming to adapt to.
