It does what is says it will do and help you learn all that it can do. Pros is very user friendly all-encompassing of our needs as a rental property company. It does it all and it's all in one place. And whenever I have a question, the software help is always very friendly and patient with me. The question I have always gets answered while they show me exactly how to do it myself. Cons The only thing I can think of is that if I'm working remotely, I can't access it from an iPad, it must be a laptop. " May 1, 2025 5.0 White glove service has been very helpful. We especially like the online sessions that we scheduled at our convenience! Pros Very User Friendly! I used rentmanager 10 years ago at a property management company and pleasantly surprised at the new aspects since then. Cons Slow to open sometimes, and crashed once or twice but other than that have had a good experience with the software. October 7, 2024 5.0 Pros it is so user friendly and customizable. it is also easy to correct mistakes. with other softwares, my new employees were so scared to do anything because a mistake would mess up reports and they would have to reach out to someone in upper management to fix. the support teams are also always really great to work with. Once we were able to us 12 everything was resolved. Pros is a very user Friendly system. The RMU was also very helpful Cons RM Express is not ready for advance users, it has many glitches. I have been using RMO for about 10 years now. When the company I work with sold the property, and we stayed with the property, I was concerned they would not let us keep RMO. I have used other programs in the past and they were not as easy to learn or work with. Pros It is very easy to maneuver through and easy to understand! December 13, 2024 5.0 It was awesome! is an all-in-one solution for someone who has a property business(since it includes bookkeeping and property management features). It’s worth every dime. I also love that they have RM University, which gives me a chance to learn more about the software. If there’s something you don’t know, their customer support is very friendly and always does their best to help. 10,000/10! Pros The first thing that comes to my mind is the support from the . I have never had a call where I didn't get an answer to my question. They never left me hanging with a question, and they have incredible patience, even when you bombard them with numerous questions. As you go through implementation and on boarding, there is a dedicated professional allocated to your account that will answer any questions or concerns that you have as you convert your system. This was very helpful as we imported my standard template documents as well as established different tenant rules across different properties. Pros I really like how can be customized in just about any way you want. It also was one of the only systems that would take a client with a lower unit count that was still building up, without sacrificing features available. Cons I’m early on as a user and I haven’t found really anything I don’t like so far! I am always looking for opportunities to automate and simplify operations. I ask what else can be done, and the only answer I get from anyone is, "What problem are you trying to solve?" That is backward to me. What can the program do? More can be done for the commercial side. Ease of use, accessibility, excellent customer service, easy set up and configuration. Cons Its hard not to like the system, they are working some kinks out of Express however they are moving in the right direction.
