"very expensive diary"

**Overall:** Awkward when working, awful support when not

**Pros:** Not much really. as a diary its ok but there are cheaper versions of those available

**Cons:** Clunky, not intuitive. can't read previous notes while writing another. Support desk is useless

**Switched From:** [Cliniko](https://www.capterra.com/p/180878/Cliniko/)

**Reasons for Switching to TM3:** This is the system used at one of the clinics that I work at
