At present uploading a scanned document into TM3 is a little different to that of TM2. However, we are working on some functions to make clinics truly paperless. They are regularly making changes and updating . Pros TM3 is versatile. The diary is available on phone and reception service links in for 24/7 booking . Notes can be customized . It takes a while to learn all the different features but once everything is set up it runs smoothly Pros How easy it is to amend notes templates and great customer service Cons It’s is expensive compared to other software out there. With the increase of prices to add practitioners and locations it does not give encouragement to expand and try out new locations. Not impressed Pros The product isn't easy to use, I would compare it with Linux... Now I'm kinda used to it but if I could I would change to another software. Cons Not being able to Copy & paste... Terrible. Not being able to copy the notes and reuse the notes. Not being able to read at first sight the last appointment notes. That sucks bad. Would not recommend at all if you are counting on good customer service Pros Cloud based software allows us to access diary from anywhere Cons In transferring over we were promised training, inservicing and adequate customer support to ease the transition. Pros Clinikal notes are easy to use. Receipts emailing also good Cons Sold its like tm2 its a new package I could of got off another business dies not feel like tm2. Screen face has 24 hr clock. Reports are different. Help line has long q. Booking online says prices start at a certain price which makes people paying full price feel like there being overcharged.
