Pros

The easy transition to ICD-10 as well as the extremely delightful attitude of the techs at Galactek. The tech we spoke with was a god-send, and could not have been more pleasant and helpful. He went way above and beyond to get my office up and running, and even if he was not available when I called he would return my call very quickly. Galactek will do well to keep him on staff!

Cons

I have yet to encounter anything that is really bothersome.

Pros

There is nothing you can do wrong that can't be corrected. Generating reports, claims, and notes is a snap.

Cons

The program runs slow while in a large patient file. Individual odd problems are not easily rectified, if at all.

I have been using Eclipse for almost ten years for my billing. I have recently started using the EHR component and am finding it easy to use, straightforward, and intuitive. I find it to be a very cost effective method for running my whole practice. I highly recommend it.

I wish I could see what exactly is going to my clearinghouse before it goes. I can preview it, but then I have to completely start over to submit it.

I think that this product and vendor spend most of their time attempting to help people in need during sticky situations. I think that this shows excellent customer service and the hopes to overall serve practices in their data storage usage, and to make it easier for them.

Cons

I think that the program can sometimes be slow, which in a fast pace environment can be difficult.

This is the easiest program of all I have used, including MediSoft, Lytec, and ChiroTouch. I would recommend this to anyone and in fact have. We recommended an office and we received 4 months of software maintenance free!

Pros

Our rep is so helpful and full of knowledge of the Eclipse program. Eclipse is an easy system to run.

Cons

Not really anything other than a few reports or query's that we don't get. Electronic notes seem hard to use for the DR. Not really sure of this yet?
