Pros: Use to be a very solid system. Functionality for expense was good for the small cash based office. I suspect other users would be happy as well. Email reminders were a major reason I chose this system originally.

Cons: Since email functionality had software problems early this year (2017) we haven't been able to trust patients are getting their reminders. Tech support just wants more money to fix THEIR software problem. Way to support your product! I have no faith in the new owners and their product as a result. Therefore, I will NEVER consider ChiroTouch as well given how this problem has yet to be resolved.

Overall: Great before tech support games.

Very dissatisfied and now owned by Chirotouch.

Pros: Low cost of entry. We own the license so it sits on our server. The ability to post ERAs works well but needs to be done manually as well.

Cons: Autumn8 was purchased by Chirotouch shortly after we purchased the software in July of 2016. We were trying to implement the software and were not getting our calls returned. Currently Chirotouch calls us and sends us emails that Autumn8 will likely not be supported long term and is offering conversion purchase options. But these conversion options are very expensive and the tech support is double the price of Autumn8 tech support. When we try to apply insurance payments the software defaults at 80%/20% and the user can not change this. After numerous tech support calls, Autumn8 has not given us any indication they plan to fix this problem. Be Aware when you buy this software, their parent company states it most likely will not be supported and you will have to convert to chirotouch.

Comments: Autumn8 is a decent product. It was easy to use and figure out. Trying to call the TGI office for support was cumbersome. No one readily answered the phone. Doctors don't like playing phone tag.

Pros: Easy format, intuitive, basic billing/scheduling/reports

Cons: Customer service/support help not readily available. Techs often didn't return calls on the same day when messages were left.

Comments: Always enjoyed A8, have had it in my office for 16 years. Unfortunately, they recently sold the software to Chirotouch. Now we have been forced to switch to Chirotouch as they will not be making A8 stage 3 ready for Medicare.

Pros: Awesome, easy to use, very comprehensive, with good support.

Cons: The new company is not making it stage 3 ready thus forcing us to buy different software

Recommendations to other buyers: If you aren't doing Medicare this is your software

Comments: We've been trying to fix an issue with the MIA (missing in action) list. It does not ad new orphan patients. Here we are 6 months later with no answer... and no urgency to fix it. Very frustrating.

Autumn 8 is truly the best choice for product and tech support you can find today.

Comments: I have been with the Notes program for over 15 years now. 3 years ago my son talked me into going complete Autumn 8/Notes. That has been the best move I have ever done in software. The staff of Autumn 8/Notes is right on top of the EHR and notes programs out there today. It is so user friendly - anyone can learn the ease of this program.

Comments: After 20 years we decided to switch software. Hearing great reviews of Autumn 8, we made the change. Being a bit nervous about learning a new chiro software, all of our fears were quickly put to rest.The software is very easy to navigate. The customer support is the best you can get. We deal mostly with Ana and the support she provides is amazing. Jessica was our original contact person and she went above and beyond to get us the best package for our office. It really is a pleasure doing business with everyone at TGI

Comments: I have used this software for five years customer support his marginal. It is difficult to get a hold of people. One big problem with the program presently is it loses your notes. I can spend 10 minutes dictating a full report on a patient and after saving it go back into the program and it's gone. This is been going on for the past two weeks they supposedly have fixed it but they haven't.

I bought about 7 years ago because I was impressed. It has been getting better every month.

Comments: The insights and projection of the creators of the soft-ware are incredible. There has not been any circumstance I have encountered that they don't have an answer for. They have met my every need. The service consultants are responsive, patient and very knowledgeable. The transition of our practice from ICD9 to ICD10 was seamless. It was so smooth it was almost ridiculous. I and my staff absolutely love this software. The capacity to do inventory and monitor product utilization; generate daily, monthly and yearly reports; the on-line training feature is phenomenal. I know that there are a number of good products out there but, I honestly believe it would be impossible to beat this product. I just don't see how it could be.

Comments: So far I cannot share much as I mentioned above I just started doing my clinic set up. But I am very pleased with how easy it is to just pull up a training video for any of the set up screens if I need help and if I need further help when I call and leave a message I get a return call back very very quickly, a lot of times within 15 mins and the CS rep is very friendly and helpful!

Comments: This is the best software I've ever used. It is easy to learn, it does everything I could ever want or need in an office program, from day to day business and insurance billing to Case Notes. The Tech support is great - they return your calls fast and know their product well. Many things they can 'talk you through' and others they'll ask to be 'invited in' to your computer to personally show you. I have recommended this software to many Chiropractors. Also - they made the conversion to ICD-10 a breeze!! I highly recommend Autumn 8

Comments: I have been with TGI since the beginning (well over 10 years) and over the years have had great experience with them and the owner, I have even recommended them to many other offices. BUT in the past few years the atmosphere has changed......the chart notes to comply with the EHR are cumbersome at best and aggravating, the 'new features coming soon' has not been changed in well over a year and takes a great amount of space up in a very small font screen. To process for EHR with the 'company' they have signed on with -1) in the attestation I am asked to falsify myself and 2) will cost me more initially and then in ongoing monthly fees than I would get back overall especially yearly.

The owner Hal had promised to call/meet with me/ make things right but has never followed up on his promises.

I am extremely disappointed and am currently looking for another software program.

Comments: We have been with TGI since 2013 after a significant difficulties with what is one of the "bigger" chiropractic software companies. Frustrated I called all software companies in the buyers guide and looked at all the players in the market. I was shocked at what little was offered and how much they wanted for it and the ignorance of the some of the sales people of what the chiropractic workday is like and their arrogance for us to follow their model and "dont worry about this and that".

Then came TGI. Their sales staff was calm and listened to my many questions that had resulted from all the other demos and took time to describe how its done and how to achieve those things that are important to what my office flow. I could not believe how much more they offered compared the software costing 4-5x as much. I actually spoke to the owner during the process. I was very impressed that he took time to listen and respond to my concerns. My office manager loves the management software and continually states how much more simple and easier this software is and how she can get support answers so quickly from a live person. The notes program is highly flexible and I can get, not just a compliant note quickly from the system( as many software companies claim), but a compliant and ACCURATE note faster and easier than any other system I reviewed.

I highly recommend, after a thorough review of the chiropractic software market, that you closely look at and ask questions of TGI and I know you will find the same to be true.

My experience with TGI and Autumn8 software has been very positive.

Cons: The system is a little more than we need in our center. Although it's beneficial for some, we do not utilize the insurance and billing portion to its full potential since we do not accept insurance.

Comments: I have been using tgi software Autumn8 for my chiropractic office since 2004. I would never use any other program. This program does everything that I need from appointments, checking people in and out, billing, keeping track of stats, including office supplies, marketing and breakdown of daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly visits. I can process my insurance claims, employees and clock in and out (so no need for buying a time clock). The software makes entering my daily soap notes and PI cases reports a breeze. tgi stays on top of what the market is doing and is always updating me to the latest and greatest, most effecient processes. Tgi is a company that doesn't nickel and dime me for every little thing. My upgrades have always been included in my tech support (which has always been a piece of mind). I can't say enough about tgi and the Autumn 8 program. I would and still do today recommend this software and company to anyone looking for Chiropractic Office Management software. It makes your life so much easier!

Comments: I began using Autumn8 in late 2011. I have worked with several practice management software programs in the past 15 years and Autumn8 is the best program I have used. It is very user friendly! Although, I have to admit, at first I was overwhelmed by how much info appears on each screen. Now that I am familiar with the program, I appreciate being able to see everything I need in one screen shot. I don't have to search in drop down menus to get to the info I need. I can train my staff how to use the program with ease. TGI has an amazing team that they call "Customer Care" and it truly is just that! They care! The team cares for us just like they work right along side us in our office. I consider them my out of state co-workers. They quickly and efficiently walk you through trainings and troubleshooting. Each representative gives easy to understand direction, versus speaking with computer lingo that is difficult to interpret like many 'help desk' conversations go. The response time for a return call is minimal and I'm not left sitting with my hands tied, holding up production when I have errors that occur in the program. The programmers accept and utilize client suggestions and are always updating the program to accommodate as many of the client based requests as they can. I have seen several improvements in this regard in just the past few years. The team at TGI has made the EHR and Meaningful Use Attestation a breeze! My office has received 2 incentive payments and it was easy! The TGI staff prepares you with sufficient info and walks you through each step. I was nervous that it would be a difficult task, but I was supplied with adequate instruction of what I needed to do on my end and TGI was adequately prepared on their end to help me complete the attestation.
Overall, I couldn't ask for much more in a practice management software company! I am glad that I have such amazing people to make my day at the office simplified and productive.

Comments: I absolutely love Autumn8. I have used other software, but the customer service did not compare to what I receive with Autumn8. When the software has not been able to do a feature I needed they have always been accommodating and added the features. In my opinion, it is a top of the line software without the top of the line price. Don't think just because you spend $10,000 plus with other software that it is better quality. I have used them and found is not the case. It is also very easy to use.

On the note taking section there is an area that says "Exciting new features coming to this space soon!" for the past YEAR! Nothing new and exciting trust me. Trying to get a hold of customer support is a total joke! Would not recommend to anyone.

Comments: My office girls operated the system and self taught with help from support during 6 month warrenty period. I came on board with only 3 days of that 6 months remaining. With two brief case notes training exposures, I am able to up-load patient records. That is just how easy it is, because I don't even text, type with one finger, and I thought it would be too hard to teach an "old dog" new tricks. My only concern is to wonder IF this software will require constant upgrades and expensive support contracts to remain running. So far so good.

Pros: They have amazing customer service. It's an easy to use program that has everything you are looking for, including all the latest technologically newer things programs can now do, at a reasonable affordable rate

Cons: I don't like having to leave a voicemail with questions when calling customer support instead of just being able to talk to someone directly. However, I can't complain too much about this because they call you back very quickly to help answer your questions.

Comments: The reports do not represent consistent information, and do not appear to link together at all. This is a very clumsy program to use unless you are a designer of databases. For a new user, it's almost impossible to navigate logically. The interface with EDI claims is lacking in information overall. I don't think it runs properly as it keeps shutting down and freezing up. Better documentation in the Help menu would be helpful.

Pros: We have used Autumn8 in our practice for several years. It's easy to use, and we love the technical support that we receive if we run into a problem.

Cons: We Love Autumn8 and TGI. There no problems and I can't think of one area that needs improvement. As a matter of fact, they customized case notes for the nutritional field for us and the clinicians that I work with!

Pros: When you have questions, you call, they call back, and you know who you are speaking to because you have worked with that same person before, and they are in the United States.

Cons: There are no webinars to find out how to use other aspects of the product. New updates or new things going on with the product should be emailed so we know what to look for, instead of us having to search it out on the website. Also after inputting something, it needs to lead you to where you the inputter wants to always go.

Recommendations to other buyers: Try it and ask to speak with offices that have used it and are currently using it.

Pros: My office has used TGI/Autumn 8 software since 1997. We are very enthusiastic about this software. Prior to using Autumn 8, we tried two other software companies that were both unsatisfactory. Their responses to our needs were slow and the staff were not particularly helpful when answering our questions. My office manager consistently complained that billings were stalled when computer problems were on hold waiting for a call back. In contrast when we call TGI for support, we leave our message describing the problem and know we will receive a call back shortly with the solution. The TGI staff are knowledgeable and consistently pleasant. The answers to our problems are explained concisely and are billings get out on schedule. The health care world is like a moving target and we have relied on TGI to help us make necessary changes as they arrive in our billing or chart noting. The TGI software is cutting edge and stays one step ahead of the next new requirement.

Cons: I have no problems.

Overall: I particularly appreciate the TGI chart note program - Case Notes. The program includes the Medicare PART requirements which makes documentation as thorough as possible without taking an inordinate amount of time. Chart noting with SOAP is terrific. I can go into great detail efficiently if needed or keep documentation short and sweet but still meet or exceed the requirements of the documentation. I highly recommend TGI/Autumn 8 software. Pros: I think this is one of the most comprehensive & ever changing products on the market for chiropractic office software. It is extremely user friendly & tech support is always able to resolve any questions that may arise. Training with new staff has become much smoother due to the ease of use.

Cons: Lots of unused parts to the program that I have no idea how to use or for what use. I wish patient names would come up in alphabetical order starting with last name first as its easier to locate by last name than 1st name.

Overall: I have recommended this product to quite a few of my colleagues. I have explored other products & found them not as user friendly & much more cost prohibitive. I highly recommend this product.

Pros: Easy to use, nice looking windows, customizeable, multiple Dr use at no extra cost, no extra charge for each station once you have it networked, patient enters subjective data with check-in kiosk, VERY quick customer support, Dr requests for changes taken very seriously, no need for a clearinghouse direct electronic billing to Medicare, bcbs and others or free online clearinghouse.

Cons: None that I know of....

Overall: I have had this software for 6 years and this is by far the best software for your money. I have compared it to other systems at seminars and have not found one comparable in both price and function. Some others have flashy functions that you don't really need and lack functions that make your office flow smoothly. There are more functions here than you will ever use and they add more monthly. I have used this extensively and still find new functions all the time. (which were free with your tech support, which is also a bargain)
Tech support is extremely fast and VERY pleasant to deal with.
Would I buy this again or recommend it to a friend... WITHOUT A DOUBT!

Overall: We have used the program for 15 or so years... love the ease of the program. It flows well, is easy to add information and has built in shortcuts for easy navigation. Our patients love the automatic email program that reminds them in advance of their next appointment and we love the patient photo option that allows us to add a photo for easy identification. This program allows us to input our specific codes, any personal information we need specific to our field and tracks anything we need.. from product on hand, patient referrals, daily, weekly and monthy stats etc. All in all a very complete product. The staff is wonderful... they are always quick in returning calls and very pleasant to work with. TGI uses a remote feature to actually log onto our program which makes fixing any program a snap. Autumn 8 will also be ready for the 2012 changes in the healthcare industry.... We love the program!

Pros: Great program for everything needed in your chiropractic office. Reports are professional, scheduling, bookkeeping, and reliablity are easy and wonderful.

Cons: Occasional glitches in updates, but are easily fixed in same hour with 1 phone call.

Overall: I have been using the system since opening practice in 1998, love the up to date updates and advancements all the time.
While in school I had worked with other programs and they all took so long to understand...anyone who has never used a computer can pick up this program quickly.

Pros: I used MediSoft, and TPS-2000. Autum 8 (tgi Software) is so much better than the others, that I can't believe I hadn't looked into it sooner! It not only dows everything I need, but, it is by far, the most user friendly software I have used. The hidden secret is that their customer service has to be the best on the market! With MediSoft, there essentially wasn't any customer service. With TPS-2000, although the tech was helpful, getting them anytime in the same week was a stretch! I can get help from Autum 8 in as little as 10 minutes from my request!! What a load off of my mind! Thanks, tgi Software. L Dennis Doan, DC

Cons: I didn't find it first!

Overall: Please look into this software before you spend more on anything else. I would be glad to answer any questions from a very happy user.
